Nadeshiko, a high school student who had moved from Shizuoka to Yamanashi, decides to see the famous, 1000 yen-bill-featured Mount Fuji. Even though she manages to bike all the way to Motosu, she's forced to turn back because of worsening weather. Unable to set her eyes on her goal, she faints partway to her destination. When she wakes up, it's already night, in a place she has never been before, with no way of knowing how to get home. Nadeshiko is saved when she encounters Rin, a girl who is out camping by herself. Together they gather around a crackling fire to warm themselves up, absorbed with the quiet of their lakeside spot. As they slurp on curry noodles cooked on an open flame, the moment they're waiting for eventually comes.
"Look... Mount Fuji."
This outdoorsy girls story begins with this first encounter between Nadeshiko and Rin.
Informative show about camping and girls becoming friends - I'm not into slice of life but this one wasn't boring. I like this better than Miss Koizumi Ramen show and the girls going to Antarctica show
It was a bit slow pace though
I do wonder how much school life they are going to show later on.
The whole gang finally go on a camping trip albeit they were separated at first. There were hot spring so some mild fan service but the show is pretty tame. Since I was a science major, I already knew that boiling at higher altitudes have lower boiling points.
Kind of blank out on this one. I recall the episode was about different tents but I thought they did that in earlier episodes. They did talk about a donut shaped charcoal? that can heat up things without fire.

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
