Studio: Shin-Ei Animation Adaptation: Manga Genres: Slice of Life, Comedy, Ecchi, School, Seinen Episodes: ? Release Date: Apr 13, 1992 Streaming: FUNimation (?),
Plot: Just because an anime features a young protagonist does not necessarily mean that it is an appropriate series to show your children. Young Shinnosuke, or Shin-chan for short, is a very creative young boy that lives with his eccentric parents, Misae and Hiroshi, as well as his Prima Donna younger sister, Himawari, and has loads of unique friends to boot.
Everyday life for little Shin-chan is full of funny (and shocking) moments, most of which stem from his unnatural and sometimes profane use of language, as well as his constant acts of inappropriate behavior. Shin-chan's famous "elephant" gag is one of the most defining moments in Crayon Shin-chan, simply because it is the epitome of crude comedy, one of the core themes of the series.
Crayon Shin-chan is a hilarious show about the day in the life of a young, curious boy, that captures the awkwardness of growing up as well as the beauty of being true to one's self, no matter what others say.
Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Shinkon Ryokō Hurricane ~Ushinawareta Hiroshi~ (Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Honeymoon Hurricane, Lost Hiroshi)
Date: April 19
Plot: The anime is set in Australia and follows the Nohara family on an inexpensive and family-friendly honeymoon trip that Misae discovered. Instead of the romantic trip they envisioned, Misae, Hiroshi, and their children get wrapped up in a dangerous adventure. Hiroshi is the center of the story and becomes the key to a treasure. Hiroshi is taken away soon after the family's arrival in Australia. The remaining family members must rescue him while dealing with a mysterious masked group and treasure hunters.
TV Asahi announced on Sunday that the Crayon Shin-chan anime will have an anime collaboration with the live-action series Doctor-X ~Gekai Daimon Michiko (Doctor-X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon). Ryōko Yonekura, who stars in the Doctor-X series as the freelancing surgeon Michiko Daimon, will voice the same character in a "short anime" that will air on November 9 during Crayon Shin-chan's new normal programming time of Saturday at 4:30 p.m. The segment of the episode featuring Yonekura is titled "Doctor-X da zo" (That's Doctor-X). This is Yonekura's first time voicing a character in anime.

Old Man Dream: ...later titles in the Macross franchise can finally come stateside with all involved parties finally coming to a truce over how to handle things with the Macross trademark and all later anime in the franchise associated with it.

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
