I see a recent news announced a new visual. I let you decide the default image for the discussion thread since you're the only one here. I definitely will check this yuri anime and the yaoi one for this season. Rare to see both representation. Also, probably one of the few normal yuri shows for me so far.
Oh the news article mentions the official date, October 5 (depends on where they took the content from Japan's time zone or another time zone. Be aware of it might be a day off)
OP Theme Song: "Kimi ni Furete" (Touched by You by Riko Azukina ED Theme Song: "hectopascal" by Yūki Takada and Minako Kotobuki
I might as well post the character promo art. It will make my life memorizing the names easier
Bad news for Crunchyroll folks but good news for HIDIVE folks
HIDIVE is simulcast
HIDIVE announced on Wednesday that it will stream the television anime of Nio Nakatani's Bloom Into You (Yagate Kimi ni Naru) yuri manga in the fall simulcast season. The series will debut for subscribers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other territories on October 5 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The company plans to stream English dubcast episodes of the series weekly, beginning within three weeks of the premiere
I got to sample it. I won't be able to watch the rest of it since it's not on Crunchyroll. I happen to found the episode on Youtube by some guy named Rush Limbah.
I probably vote on this show since we don't get to spotlight yuri and yaoi shows on the side bar. It seems we have two people watching and commenting on the series.
I had my first five votes: A Certain Magical Index III Fairy Tail 2018 JoJo Season 5 Sword Art Online Alicization Tokyo Ghoul Re
So far, the most active threads are A Certain Magical Index, Sword Art Online, and Goblin Slayer with the most traffic.
Anyways, on Ep 1 comments
It's very vanilla and normal. No blackmail or sexual harassment. We have this innocent love confession scenes by the two main heroines. Both have rejected. The younger one, Yuu, asks Touko to help her with her love confession. As she rejects the boy on the phone in front of Touko, Touko falls in love with Yuu. I had the wrong guess. I thought Yuu would be the first one. It was Touko for whatever reason. I might have miss some details and what her definition of true love.
Questions for Ep 2: Is Yuu okay with loving someone of the same sex? Or anyone close to her like family? What about Touko? Will she go through with it if Yuu reciprocate those feelings.
It was a good episode, the tone of the animation is very vibrant.
Dream: ...to the 2000s series.

Taka: 1 confirmed death in my hometown next to 19 confirmed cases. I heard the police are fining folks for not practicing social distancing on Facebook.

Dream: At least in New York right now, they're not enforcing it. But non-essential employers who aren't abiding by shutting down at this point will be fined and shut down at this point.

CosmicNoirTear: Everything closed on my part. I live by a bunch of shopping centers. All of the are ghost towns. Hopefully means most people where I live are taking this seriously. Also got laid off from my job two weeks ago.

Dream: My county has 6 confirmed cases. Restaurants and bars have been on take-out or delivery only for about a couple weeks now since New York's the hardest hit state. Hasn't been too different for me any who since I've been out of work and tight on money...

Taka: I think the only thing not closed for mass gathering other than essential services would be funerals in my area. The mayor and staff have been pretty busy in clarifying things in press releases. Edit: my mistake. Funerals are closed.
