Name - Kouu Alias- The Strongest Reincarnator in the World Series - Petals of Reincarnation
Stats: Kouu's stats are broken into two very different states. During his prime state, he is FAR more powerful than his dying state and his stats are reflected in that.
Prime State: Destructive Capacity - Country to Continental level scaling from Nobel and Tesla Durability - Country to Continental level scaling from Nobel and Tesla Speed - Supersonic, likely far higher
Dying State: Destructive Capacity - Small Building Durability - Unknown due to intangibility Speed - Supersonic, likely far higher
Omnireceptacle (turns anything his aura touches into a weapon), teleportation, intangibility, Limited Immortality, Limited Memory Manipulation, Matter Manipulation and Molecular Manipulation
Omnireceptacle - the ability to control all creation with his battle aura and use them as his own weapons
Since Kouu can control all creation with his battle aura he can do almost anything so long as he gives another person an injury. When teleporting or healing himself, Kouu usually scratches his ally's face showing that he himself was the weapon.
Kouu used the Omnireceptacle's power to stop his own death from a large wound in his upper body inflicted by Einstein. He gave Corday an injury to heal his own injury:
Black Death Harmony - After a short charge time, Kouu can unleash his most powerful attack, The Black Death Harmony. The Omnireceptacle's barrier. The true nature of Omnireceptacle is dominance. Everything inside the barrier is subject to Kouu's will on the molecular level. He can break matter down by elongating and compressing them. Incandescence is created through extremely high speed movements and collisions of matter. Extreme magnetic and gravitational forces act on it in tandem. Kouu said this ability is like a miniature Big Bang:
Kouu takes control of the Impaler spikes that pierce his arm (there was no damage to his arm despite being pierced) and attacks Touya, freely changing the spikes shape and direction, even making a spike appear from the ground out of no where:
Scaling: Kouu is referenced several times through the series as the "Strongest Reincarnator in the World". The Forest of the Greats even postpones their plans until Kouu is out of the picture for fear of his power. Due to his position as the strongest reincarnator and no feat refuting this claim, Prime Kouu can be scaled to both Nobel and Tesla.
Nobel stands in Northern Australia and drops an Anti-matter bomb, destroying 1/3 of Australia's landmass. What is even more impressive was that Nobel was confirmed to be in the center of the blast and yet he was completely unharmed:
Tesla is in the Euroasian mountain and activates the World System. Stealing the rotational energy from the Earth, Tesla sublimes and carbonizes a larger area of Euroasia then what Nobel destroyed in Australia:
Taka: Depending on my energy, I can watched up to 2 AM. Usually with work, I fall asleep on anime series that don't have a lot of action.

Master Menos: Finally got out of the fast food job. It was a graceful exit, but to be honest, I'll miss some of those guys. Got a sprained ankle from it since September, so I'll finally focus on healing that back at the family home.

HungryWorld: Well if anyone remembers what happened to Pingu in the City, with it being joke 10/10 scored on MAL just to get it into the top 10 anime... well now is Ishuzoku Reviewers' turn. Seems that in response to Funimation's cancel people boosted the score hard.

Taka: What? That sounds so weird.

Master Menos: It's damn awesome to be honest. It shot to 1st Place!

Dream: On the subject of MAL, it looks like the admin are planning to tweak their scoring system for titles to reduce the likelihood of voters artificially inflating the ranking of certain titles.

Master Menos: My V-Day present will be belated this year because I "Had some trouble with ol' Johnny." (That's your hint.)

Dream: The joys of adulthood. Joking aside, plan to at least attempt to wrap up Gankutsuou sometime early to mid next week so I can get done with my Funi voted titles. Afterward, not doing any more voting for a while considering how long this had been taking.

Dream: Done with Gankutsuou. Will be working to get a review up for it by sometime tonight.
Feb 16, 2020 20:57:26 GMT
Taka: Great job, Dream! I should do some reviews, too.

Dream: Looks like MAL's currently down due to the site getting hit by a major denial-of-service attack, just as a heads up.
Feb 18, 2020 17:55:23 GMT
Taka: I added 2 polls tonight. Also, I wonder why MAL was down. Crunchyroll also had it, too.
Feb 20, 2020 4:05:24 GMT
Dream: Not sure about Crunchyroll. For MAL, the DoS attacks may have been retaliation by those who dabbled into manipulating the site's scoring system for certain anime titles. The admin on MAL announced they would be overhauling the system to prevent said...

Dream: ...manipulation last week.
