From the outset, note that the Drei Ritter (Shimon Miroku and his progeny) are Large Country-Level+ by sheer physical strength, as they are capable of wielding astronomically heavy weapons at high speeds:
Keep in mind that Paul was weakened here, and his strength is restored by the time he faces the Drei Ritter again. Also, Ban and Ginji haven't reached the peak of their potential by this point yet, and got much stronger by the time the story ended.
Scaling - Shimon & Paul easily breaking the sound barrier with their movements, Properties of the Drei Ritter's weapons and techniques, Ginji blocking Shimon's meteorite sword attack (Large Country-Level+, at least Supersonic), Ban pushing back and hurting Shimon (Large Country-Level+, at least Supersonic).
Scaling - Paul's strength was restored as his Stigmata resonated with Der Kaiser's (him warping time and going back to his prime aside), Adult!Paul displaying his Sixth Sense (which Ginji and Ban later unlock), Adult!Paul defeating Shimon in one critical strike [at least Large Country-Level+]. Keep in mind that both Ban and Ginji surpass Paul in strength, speed and skill towards the end, by feats and his own admittance.
Scaling - Paul and Der Kaiser moving far faster than either Ban or Ginji are capable of perceiving [keep in mind the latter two had no issue perceiving and intercepting the Drei Ritter's movements, whom are supersonic at the least] (at least Hypersonic+, likely High Hypersonic), Ban intercepting Der Kaiser and Paul's clash after they had increased their power (possibly Continent-Level). As stated before, Ginji and Ban had both surpassed Paul in stats by quite the margin down the line.
Scaling - Voodoo King killing the Drei Ritter and simultaneously shattering their ultra-heavy meteorite weapons to pieces with complete ease (likely Multi Continent-Level). Only Ginji as the True Lightning Lord scales to this feat, as he is the Voodoo King's equal.
Oh, and I should mention that, prior to the last arc of the story, Get Back The Lost Time (which all of these feats are from), the whole GetBackers cast (at best) were actually no higher than City Block-Level and Subsonic+, but almost all of them received massive upgrades one way or the other during said last arc, and here we are.
Old Man Dream: Hmmmmm... if I had to pick five anime from this year I'd consider favorites in no particular order, would go with the following: Beastars Season 2, Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song, Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop, Megalobox 2, and Kageki Shoujo.

Old Man Dream: Know it's a bit unusual for me to pick a movie with Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop. But that one's on Netflix for those curious.

Old Man Dream: Only brought up 2021 anime because I'm largely set with viewing stuff for the year. Might go back to sample some stuff since I think ANN's gonna post their favorites for this year. Otherwise, that's what I have for right now.
