I'm a wiki editor so wiki editor view things different from battle users. I was working on chapter summaries.
I saw that Sinbad refer to the Sacred Palace as a Magic Tool. You know how most folks view Sinbad, David, Ugo as gods. I realized they might not be gods because of this device.
I always thought the Sacred Palace was a dimension and it was hard to quantify feats. I'm one of those folks who don't believe creation is equal to power level. I just rewrote their wikia pages (being one of the admin). I wonder how it affect people's views that the Sacred Palace is a Magic Tool.
This is a just a discussion. Everyone is entitled to their opinions whether they want to reject or examine the topic from another perspective.
I was a bit stuck on whether Magi truly reached universal level or not? It was rushed and vague.
Taka, I think the Sacred Palace is both. Its a tool created by Solomon but at the same time its an isolated dimension created by Solomon to seal away Il-Ilah. By sealing Il-Ilah's power into the Sacred Palace, Solomon placed himself higher in the Magi cosmic hierarchy. We already know Il-Ilah is an aimless mass of power that created the universe so by stealing its powers and placing himself above it, Solomon became more powerful than Il-Ilah. When Solomon "died" Ugo became the Guardian of the Sacred Palace and could wield its power to create a completely new universe. He took pieces of Alma Torren and created a whole new dimension. That's why the Djiin had to remain on Alam Torren so they could choose a King. At the same time, Arba's real body and Al-Thammen all exist on Alma Torren as well, trapped there by Ugo. Having the power of the Sacred Palace doesn't mean the guardian has to stay there either. They literally become one with the Sacred Palace and become a being of pure Rukh. We see this with Sinbad when he leaves the Sacred Palace but still has the power to create and destroy a universe on his whim.

Old Man Dream: Fun fact about The Rescuers: It has a dirty little secret you can find in older releases of the movie. (NSFW, as a heads up)

Taka: Didn't see anything until I read the description and comments. It goes by really fast. Edit: Someone really sneak in a picture. Edit 2: Tried pausing to find it. It's harder to track compared to REZERO's IF pictures

Old Man Dream: Set the playback speed on the video to 0.25x. Should make it easier to get a good pause on one of the two naughty bits. Both appear around 0:19ish in the video.
