Zero Can Luo play Mahjong at a high level? Just knowing how to play it isn't enough to raise your Mahjong power that high, let alone to a world leader's level (for context, in the world of Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku, all political matters are covertly decided by Mahjong, and a country's wealth/power is directly proportional to how good its leaders are at it).
EDIT: On that note, has Luo even played the game?
He hasn't but did he know about the Law of Space before encountering it? No, he didn't yet he learned the First Layer just from seeing a Space Storm something that just has a trace of the Law of Space in it.
Then there is him combing through the knowledge of 360 billion years of human history to learn the Law of Causality. I'd guess there is some info on Mahjong there lol.
The verse specific nature of that series is too close to a NLF. Just because someone hasn't played Mahjong they would instantly die in Hitler's presence? Luo Zheng can play the same card then, just because Hitler has no Genuine Energy to protect himself he would instantly die in Luo Zheng's presence. Doesn't make much sense in cross verse battles.
"No matter what happens...I shall gift this world and the world beyond with apocalypse..."
Mahjong Power (MP) does not fall under verse equivalence (VE), because it's a special mechanic even in-verse, it's not a naturally-occurring thing like Ki/Spirit Energy a la Bleach or Naruto or what have you, but more like an esoteric occult power that one can attain by playing a shit ton of Mahjong (it's not a serious manga lol, not everything is explained in detail).
Not to digress, but think back to our talk of how Innocence and Dark Matter from D.Gray-man don't fall under VE. The same principles there apply to MP. Don't wanna bog down the thread with an off-topic text wall, but we could talk about it more in the PM.
IDK what Genuine Energy is, so I don't know what to tell you, but if it's not some form of a naturally-occurring energy or what have you, and it's a special mechanic even in-verse, then yeah, sure, Hitler would be affected by it.
Eva01 , then by that logic, anyone with resistance to death inducement and/or soul attacks would be unaffected by Mahjong Power. You could argument that because its a verse specific mechanic that only a select few characters have, that only characters from that same verse would be affected by it. So if they fought someone from say, Bleach, the Bleach character wouldn't be affected by Mahjong Power because there is no such thing in their universe. Its a giant slippery slope that makes it impossible to use in a fiction Vs Battle scenario because there is simply no way of knowing how it would affect an outside entity.
I could see an argument if you had two separate power sources in verse. For instance if someone had Ki and their Ki attack or resistance was nullified by Mahjong Power then we'd have a much better argument.
You're right, we are getting too off-topic and in depth with this lol. We can go to PM if you want
Mismatch. Even if we stretch our interpretation of the dimensions / universes in Castlevania to a very liberal position (and I'm notoriously conservative in my stance), Saint Seiya still has a massive edge in speed and hax, to the point where I question if there will ever be a good matchup for them because they straddle the border of interesting hax vs just saying, "this character simply autowins any matchup, no questions asked."
El_Directo How strong is the 25th Baam now? Do you think he would be a good match for Tasha Godspell (casual mountain buster)?
The thing is, SIU(author of TOG) is a top tier troll Lol. He still hasn't shown us the full capabilities of our boy baam. I can't say for now how strong he is but casual mountain buster is definitely within his paygrade.
I was gon make a battle profile for baam btw but I later changed my mind Lol. MCs are always so stacked with feats and abilities it would take forever to complete his Lol. I would be better off just making more tog(excluding baam) and rave profiles instead.
Mountain Level, lets go with human form Sagara. Although a Nastika she hasn't shown anyfeat above mountain level in human form.
Island level becomes tricky Lucas is freaking haxxed, so I might as well give him an annoying fight, Kubera Leez. When current asha show us what she can do, she do be a better match up.
For the country-continental, I have been looking for an excuse to you human form Taksaka, he is around that level in human form but also stated that if he continues to fight, he and his opponent will destroy the planet. Hope that ain't too much.
Dream: Looks like California and New York are now enforcing all non-essential workers to stay home, except for necessary needs and all public gatherings are banned, at least in New York. New York's are in effect Sunday.
