Due to the President from the Gamer recently gaining popularity as a broken character, no doubt as a result of my use of him in a tournament. However, since many haven't actually read the Gamer and only heard about the President. So to clear up any doubts, rumors, etc. about what anyone says about him, I will point out exactly what he can do and what he is capable of.
City Block to potentially City-level destructive capability, maybe higher. Since the President does not really have a true body, he occupies the body of a member of a company so his strength varies. However, even someone that is executive class is able to fight and beat Zagan, who could do this:
Meanwhile, another executive was able to summon an attack that could have wiped out a city. It's important to note that executives are not the highest classes in the company (there is at least owner class which is a step above them):
Supersonic+ to possibly hypersonic speed (it's possible that he is MHS+ since one of his members is the embodiment of lightning, but I wouldn't count on it). He was able to keep up and fight with Hwan Sung-Gon who was reported to move faster than sound and massively outsped his own sonic booms.
The President himself isn't actually a person. Rather, he is the embodiment of the company and exists solely as a collection of wills and souls. This was explained numerous times during his fight with Hwan Sung-Gon:
The President can also come back to life by making the next soul in line the President of the Company. It's worthy to note that not even soul or existential erasure will eliminate him, as the next soul in line technically counts as a separate person. He was erased from existence three times and still came back:
And here comes the clincher, what makes the President called the Prep King. He has a very special ability that involves Purchasing. This ability allows him to purchase seemingly anything, as long as he has enough souls to do it. It is worthy to note that this ability isn't restricted to just tangible items, as he was even able to buy space, time, and even concepts such as place. Anything he buys becomes his property and he has absolute control of. So if he tells someone to fall when that person is in his sky, then he will fall regardless of intentions:
тиваненк I think the buying and then commanding it is a bit overrated. They managed to prevent him from commanding an area with a simple barrier after all, so there got to be a limit to what he can command.
тиваненк Sorry but that barrier doesn't prevent reality warping. I don't think a barrier which is based on her main ability to control life has those properties (as it's evident by the color of the barrier in comparison to her other abilities of that kind), not to mention the President's abilities were still affecting the barrier so them preventing reality warping is a no-go.
HungryWorld, The barrier was blocking them. That's why the ripples appeared. I mean, these guys are immune to time stopping, one or two reality warping prevention barrier doesn't add much. Especially considering that the Black Summoner's aura didn't prevent him from being warped, so it's obvious regular barriers have no effect on him.
тиваненк First of all when did they show proper immunity to timestopping? I mean that illusion barriers only worked against people without any ability, anyone with an ability in the verse hasn't been effected no matter how insignificant that ability may have been. Same goes for the timestop, when has it ever affected anyone with an ability? That isn't proper timestop immunity, that's just being immune because you have an ability.
But most importantly suddenly saying reality warping prevention barriers when Lolikiano never showed anything like that is a stretch. You're literally saying here that because people aren't affected by illusion barriers suddenly someone can make a barrier that prevents reality warping. As for your argument of the Black Summoner's aura, you didn't just compare an aura and a barrier like equals did you... there's quite a difference and near the end not even the President's commands were even having any effect on Hwang Sung-Gon anymore.
HungryWorld, Uh, they did have an effect on Hwan Sung Gon. The only time they hadn't was because of Loli's barrier which prevented reality warping. You're trying to downplay my characters again? Tsk tsk tsk. I have seen you do that quite a lot recently.
Also, Han Jee Han no sold two time stops. One from the red haired chick and one from the President. So no, they have shown time stop immunity. I'd recommend not reading my manga since you only do that to try to argue against me really. Try again. Reality warping is reality warping and his commands are just that. They turn his commands into reality. Kinda like how Kyouraku's games are turned into reality.
тиваненк Lol and when the President tried to make Hwang Sung-Gon explode with a command it got completely no-sold. And i'm not trying to downplay but with the fan assumptions i'm seeing you make a lot on your favorite series, now we can't have those in a respect thread can we? We're supposed to be objective here, not make some assumptions with no basis to support them and the latter is the thing which you've been doing an awful lot with your favorite series.
As for the second part:
I'd recommend not reading my manga since you only do that to try to argue against me really. Try again.
Where is this how about you go and fuck yourself button? Because i'm seeing some very arrogant shit spouted from someone's mouth here.
Also i don't remember him no-selling any timestops from both the red haired chick and the President. He wasn't effected by the red haired chick's timestop but he never no-sold it, the red haired chick used it specifically to speak with him (so it's an assumption either way, no matter how you want to take it). As for the President when was he ever affected by his timestop? Hwang Sung-Gon was the one inside the bought/affected area at that time and he was fully affected.
HungryWorld, Han Jee Han was also in the affected area as he was bound by the chains, so he was in the space of influence. Hwan Sung Gon did explode though, what are you talking about? The feat is up there. Hwan Sung Gon either tanked it or used his Black Soul to not die.
тиваненк Jee-Han wasn't in the affected area when the commands were uttered, those commands don't leave permanent effects as seen when later Hwang Sung-Gon after falling down could move perfectly again. Those commands were just giving a temporary effect, one that didn't affect Jee-Han safe for the pillars which wasn't directly a part of his commands (he just had his subordinates crank up the power of the pillars to the maximum). Also lol because telling someone to explode, only for an explosion to happen and then the person supposed to explode being unaffected sure shows just how strong his commands are. Honestly how can you say he exploded, he doesn't have a healing factor of that level as shown how his torn-off finger didn't regrow/reappear that quickly and his constantly accumulating damage. Moreover how do you think one can tank exploding, there is simply no tanking your body flying off in every direction. Only being too durable for it to happen.
тиваненк Lol then proof what you're claiming, since i've read through the entire battle once more and not once did i find proof of Jee-Han no-selling the President's timestop or the Black Soul being used as an explanation for him resisting the explode command.
Also what's this, checkmate? You don't even have the proof to play a check.
Taka: Depending on my energy, I can watched up to 2 AM. Usually with work, I fall asleep on anime series that don't have a lot of action.

Master Menos: Finally got out of the fast food job. It was a graceful exit, but to be honest, I'll miss some of those guys. Got a sprained ankle from it since September, so I'll finally focus on healing that back at the family home.

HungryWorld: Well if anyone remembers what happened to Pingu in the City, with it being joke 10/10 scored on MAL just to get it into the top 10 anime... well now is Ishuzoku Reviewers' turn. Seems that in response to Funimation's cancel people boosted the score hard.

Taka: What? That sounds so weird.

Master Menos: It's damn awesome to be honest. It shot to 1st Place!

Dream: On the subject of MAL, it looks like the admin are planning to tweak their scoring system for titles to reduce the likelihood of voters artificially inflating the ranking of certain titles.

Master Menos: My V-Day present will be belated this year because I "Had some trouble with ol' Johnny." (That's your hint.)

Dream: The joys of adulthood. Joking aside, plan to at least attempt to wrap up Gankutsuou sometime early to mid next week so I can get done with my Funi voted titles. Afterward, not doing any more voting for a while considering how long this had been taking.

Dream: Done with Gankutsuou. Will be working to get a review up for it by sometime tonight.
Feb 16, 2020 20:57:26 GMT
Taka: Great job, Dream! I should do some reviews, too.

Dream: Looks like MAL's currently down due to the site getting hit by a major denial-of-service attack, just as a heads up.
Feb 18, 2020 17:55:23 GMT
Taka: I added 2 polls tonight. Also, I wonder why MAL was down. Crunchyroll also had it, too.
Feb 20, 2020 4:05:24 GMT
Dream: Not sure about Crunchyroll. For MAL, the DoS attacks may have been retaliation by those who dabbled into manipulating the site's scoring system for certain anime titles. The admin on MAL announced they would be overhauling the system to prevent said...

Dream: ...manipulation last week.
