So as I'm sure some of you have noticed, I have been on a bit of a Magi train for awhile. I re-read most of the series and after reading it I think that Aladdin can free trapped souls. Here is my reasoning:
Solomon's Wisdom - allows Aladdin to communicate with anyone's Rukh (souls or life force) and enter into the Great Flow:
Aladdin used Solomon's Wisdom to save someone's soul who had fallen into depravity. He looked through the Great Flow and learned about her whole life. He discovered that a man had died a long time ago and that his death set her on the path of depravity. Aladdin was able to locate that man's soul within the Great Flow and bring his soul to her thus saving her (turned her black rukh, white).
Aladdin was able to find one man's soul among the endless souls of the Great Flow and call it out.
Next Aladdin was able to free the Chancellor's soul from the Medium. Not only the Chancellor but also all the thousands of souls trapped within the Medium. Aladdin count actually see the one white (good soul that hasn't fallen into depravity) within the thousands that make up the Medium:
Zero, Seems so since by the definition the wiki has for the way Aladdin with Solomons Wisedom controls Rukh he can affect someone's existence to a certain degree, the Guidance of Rukh is : "When Life is born and lives within the flow, to move forward one must accept the truth known as Rukh's Guidance or "Fate". However, there are people who try to go against it, like the people of Al-Thamen. To go against Fate means the degeneration of evolution; existence becomes nothing and everything becomes negative. This is also known as "Falling into Depravity" and can be noticed when the eyes of a person go black. When one loved by Rukh is stained in black like Judar, they have the power to change fate, which can lead to the death of another Magi like Aladdin. Only the power of a "Miracle" can fight against this darkness. Only with the Wisdom of Solomon will this miracle be possible. It is currently unknown if this mission applies to all Magi."
Zero, Even Baba describes Rukh like this for Aladdin, "Rukh is the home of souls. While we live, it is every man for them self. But when you die, all go back to one place, This is Rukh. When humans die, their bodies return to the earth don't they? The souls return to Rukh, The home of souls."
Dream: Last anime I will be covering is Gankutsuou: Count of Monte Cristo. Will start watching it tomorrow. Not sure how much longer I can keep myself up at this point.

Taka: Depending on my energy, I can watched up to 2 AM. Usually with work, I fall asleep on anime series that don't have a lot of action.

Master Menos: Finally got out of the fast food job. It was a graceful exit, but to be honest, I'll miss some of those guys. Got a sprained ankle from it since September, so I'll finally focus on healing that back at the family home.

HungryWorld: Well if anyone remembers what happened to Pingu in the City, with it being joke 10/10 scored on MAL just to get it into the top 10 anime... well now is Ishuzoku Reviewers' turn. Seems that in response to Funimation's cancel people boosted the score hard.

Taka: What? That sounds so weird.

Master Menos: It's damn awesome to be honest. It shot to 1st Place!

Dream: On the subject of MAL, it looks like the admin are planning to tweak their scoring system for titles to reduce the likelihood of voters artificially inflating the ranking of certain titles.

Master Menos: My V-Day present will be belated this year because I "Had some trouble with ol' Johnny." (That's your hint.)

Dream: The joys of adulthood. Joking aside, plan to at least attempt to wrap up Gankutsuou sometime early to mid next week so I can get done with my Funi voted titles. Afterward, not doing any more voting for a while considering how long this had been taking.

Dream: Done with Gankutsuou. Will be working to get a review up for it by sometime tonight.
Feb 16, 2020 20:57:26 GMT
Taka: Great job, Dream! I should do some reviews, too.
Feb 17, 2020 5:24:39 GMT
Dream: Looks like MAL's currently down due to the site getting hit by a major denial-of-service attack, just as a heads up.
Feb 18, 2020 17:55:23 GMT
Taka: I added 2 polls tonight. Also, I wonder why MAL was down. Crunchyroll also had it, too.
Feb 20, 2020 4:05:24 GMT
Dream: Not sure about Crunchyroll. For MAL, the DoS attacks may have been retaliation by those who dabbled into manipulating the site's scoring system for certain anime titles. The admin on MAL announced they would be overhauling the system to prevent said...

Dream: ...manipulation last week.
