FoxxFireArt told me he was busy with his freelance art project over in Kentucky. He is trying to get his Patreon going. He's grateful to me and Daniel for starting Anime Vice Wikia to preserve our people's work. He regrets not having time to help our community as real life got him.
He was one of our best wiki editors. I always did ask him for help if there were disputes or need to check with Japanese names for our wiki pages.
Taka Ah, I see. Well, good luck to him. And yeah, I do recall him being very active in our wiki along with you and Daniel. Speaking of which, where did Daniel go? I think he made an account here but pretty much didn't do anything with it. Is he on the new wiki with you?
Oh Daniel. He got busy with his freelance journalism for video games. Not sure if he's still at BagoGames. He had to take a break as he runs an E-bay business with trading cards such as Pokemon in the UK.
keeki Looks like I'll need your hep already, please. I hope you know your kanji like a dictionary 'cause this one's tough. Nothing big, I just want you to type out for me (not translate) just two kanji characters, nothing more. Thing is, I've been looking for them for a while now, and I can't find them anywhere, it's driving me nuts. In the image below, under the "SECRET" column, first image named "Normal" (it's in Katakana of course), description on the right, last two kanjis at the end of the following, incomplete sentence: ガラスを割るように空間をカマで開き、 I know what it translates to, I just want those two elusive characters: (So I think I found the first character after a grueling search, it's 豋. But I could be wrong still)
Coming on the Clouds It does, and it actually hurt my eyes a bit trying to analyze the shape of the kanji.
This is a 100%-rare scan that can't be found anywhere on the entire internet, I actually had to personally ask someone for the set that include this scan (it's a scan of a Japanese guide book for a game), since they know the person who owns the guide and scanned it, so it's no wonder it's low-quality.
It's a pretty nice set if you're not looking to translate anything from it properly
keeki Just to make sure I got the translation down right, does it translate into the something like this (I'm using a combination of google translate and my own bit of knowledge in Japanese to brush up the grammar):
ガラスを割るように空間をカマで開き、登場 する。-> Opens space with a sickle in the manner of breaking glass, and appears.
Dream: Last anime I will be covering is Gankutsuou: Count of Monte Cristo. Will start watching it tomorrow. Not sure how much longer I can keep myself up at this point.

Taka: Depending on my energy, I can watched up to 2 AM. Usually with work, I fall asleep on anime series that don't have a lot of action.

Master Menos: Finally got out of the fast food job. It was a graceful exit, but to be honest, I'll miss some of those guys. Got a sprained ankle from it since September, so I'll finally focus on healing that back at the family home.

HungryWorld: Well if anyone remembers what happened to Pingu in the City, with it being joke 10/10 scored on MAL just to get it into the top 10 anime... well now is Ishuzoku Reviewers' turn. Seems that in response to Funimation's cancel people boosted the score hard.
Feb 11, 2020 2:11:38 GMT
Taka: What? That sounds so weird.
Feb 11, 2020 5:36:23 GMT
Master Menos: It's damn awesome to be honest. It shot to 1st Place!

Dream: On the subject of MAL, it looks like the admin are planning to tweak their scoring system for titles to reduce the likelihood of voters artificially inflating the ranking of certain titles.

Master Menos: My V-Day present will be belated this year because I "Had some trouble with ol' Johnny." (That's your hint.)
Feb 15, 2020 4:17:13 GMT
Dream: The joys of adulthood. Joking aside, plan to at least attempt to wrap up Gankutsuou sometime early to mid next week so I can get done with my Funi voted titles. Afterward, not doing any more voting for a while considering how long this had been taking.
Feb 15, 2020 16:50:30 GMT
Dream: Done with Gankutsuou. Will be working to get a review up for it by sometime tonight.
Feb 16, 2020 20:57:26 GMT
Taka: Great job, Dream! I should do some reviews, too.
Feb 17, 2020 5:24:39 GMT
Dream: Looks like MAL's currently down due to the site getting hit by a major denial-of-service attack, just as a heads up.
Feb 18, 2020 17:55:23 GMT
Taka: I added 2 polls tonight. Also, I wonder why MAL was down. Crunchyroll also had it, too.
Feb 20, 2020 4:05:24 GMT
Dream: Not sure about Crunchyroll. For MAL, the DoS attacks may have been retaliation by those who dabbled into manipulating the site's scoring system for certain anime titles. The admin on MAL announced they would be overhauling the system to prevent said...
Feb 20, 2020 13:42:15 GMT
Dream: ...manipulation last week.
