Welcome to the Spirit Pact review. This is 10 episode anime adaptation of Pingzi's Chinese web manga.
The story revolves around Keika You who dies in a car accident and as a ghost, he meets Tanmoku Ki an exorcist who offers to make a pact with him.
This will be a short review since the anime wasn't that good. It's a barely decent watch. Despite being categorized as yaoi, it's hardly a yaoi title as there is no romance developed between the two main characters. Tanmoku who has a fiancée does kiss Keika twice feels forced and not reciprocated. Interestingly, Tanmoku's fiancée who has little role has little romance with Tanmoku and usually reprimands You Keika when he's caught in a precarious position with Tanmoku such as pinning him on the bed. You see guys pinning each other on the ground or wall often.
The plot focus mostly on family drama of Tanmoku's family due to hierarchy and grudge between branches of the family as well as You Keika's ancestor who has a strained relationship with Tanmoku's ancestor. Little is developed for those ancestors. Speaking of plot, the world building in the show is confusing to be honest. I can't explain much since I'm confused but the show contradict itself about how You Keika's contract work and how ghosts actually work. Ghosts don't need to eat. Ghosts can only touch stuff and play video games with Tanmoku's intervention. Lastly, the animation has strange frame rate issues throughout the show even during slow animated scenes.
Overall, Spiritpact is not a decent show and just tagged with yaoi in a wasted effort to attract a niche audience.
Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
