I don't want to be mean. I'm only reading the speech bubbles since the art and character design isn't that appealing. That ironically made me more focused on key speech bubbles.
Khun is a smart guy. Bam can't lie.
While pacing might be fast in this webtoon, the amount of testing for a floor is ridiculous. I haven't read more. In the anime side, it felt so dragged out. I have to read and see how the webtoon paces it.
Another series that had floors = Sword Art Online - they skipped chunks in the anime adaptation. That hurts them but it helps speed up the story.
Depends on the fan, do they want the plot or more time with the characters?
Taka Evan is a really short person. Evan is a guide(called navigators in the anime), and males guides are usually very short, they are basically dwarfs. He's short in the anime as well, u probably just missed it. In episode 1 of the anime when he first appeared with Yuri out of nowhere on floor 1, we could see the massive height difference between him and Yuri.
Its been put on indefinite hiatus, not cancelled. The author is currently having some health issues and he's also undergoing therapy and stuff. Its not really a big deal, he's been releasing blog posts and been keeping the fan base updated. He'll come back soon, and stronger, hopefully.
It's a big deal since mental health is not acknowledged in many cultures including Asian countries. I'm hoping the person gets help and doesn't overwork themselves.
I don't know about Korean culture.
For my home country, because of the war and genocide, we don't talk about the past or acknowledge it. Crying or sharing made you look weak. It's a big cultural barrier when coming to America as the clash of generations and how trauma is like a poison seeping through generations.
