Art of War, known for their premium Berserk statues, is celebrating their 20th anniversary, and the latest addition to the line-up marking the occassion is a Berserk-The Tentacle Ship 2017*Aluminum Coating Gold Version. It's a variant of a figure that they first did in 2014, with Bloody and Black versions in the following years. 98000 yen (about $880) will sound pricey, but the figure is H 52 cmx W 31 cmx D 30 cm (including base & dragon slayer) and the after-market asking price for the earlier, sold-out figures has been in the thousands (for example, this one at $4k).
тиваненк There's no way Miura isn't doing this just to fuck with us now. How can you go on a hiatus when the biggest event since the merging was about to near its climax you hack? What is this bullshit? A 6 month hiatus NOW, of all the times you could have picked up from, you thought NOW would be appropriate? Then again, it's possible this decision was out of his hand, a few have anticipated that the manga would go on hiatus again once the anime ends, and consodering the Grunbeld novel just came out, he probably didn't want the manga to overshadow it.
Finally! I was hoping this day would come since Berserk paperback for manga is limited. You see the prices on E-bay, ridiculous prices

Old Man Dream: Guess we don't get it. Make things short and sweet: Through some unintentional legal wranglings, Harmony Gold's owned international rights to the Macross name for decades and its Japanese developers, disgusted by the move, had not allowed...

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
