he character will launch in the game in May along with two other characters. The game will have a total of nine DLC characters. Three more characters will release in August, and the last three will release at an as-yet unannounced date. The two sets of paid DLC in May and August will also include avatar costumes and skills along with the three DLC characters. Additionally, the company will release free updates every month from April through August.
Spike Chunsoft developed the game, which launched on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on February 15 in the Americas and Europe and on February 14 in Japan.
Dragon Ball's Akira Toriyama designed some original characters for the game, and players can create their own avatar characters in the game. The game's season pass allows players to access all nine DLC characters.
It's way better than J Stars, but it has one subjective issue and it's the lack of characters in some franchises. Where are the Joestars, Where are the remaining saints, Where's the rest of My Hero and Black Clover's monster trio. Where's Grimjaw, Hades or Posideon as a villain?
Granted if you're like me and have almost every anime game on PS4 or any console that may not be an issue and if you're not then it may not be an issue as well. But it would have been nice to have what feels like a complete roster.
I know it might seem nitpicking, but these are my thoughts.

watcher , It lacks franchises period. Real jump crossover games tend to have a wide variety of representation across eras of jump and many of the current series out there. Over half the roster is HST and Dragonball. This is not a Jump game as much as it is a moneymaking venture. You can tell by how many assets and whatnot they reused from J-stars.
Forigive for the double post. I'm behind in so many areas of news
It's not just All Might.
Biscuit Krueger (HUNTER X HUNTER) – A treasure hunter who hides her true age behind a young appearance. While her original form is that of a muscular adult woman, she prefers to stay in her child form to her advantage in gathering intel and deceiving opponents while in combat.
Majin Buu (Dragon Ball Z) – A fearsome enemy of Goku and the Z Fighters. Majin Buu’s endless appetite and lust for destruction make him a terrible threat.
Madara Uchiha (NARUTO) – A legendary leader of the Uchiha clan and founder of Hidden Leaf Village. He plans to rule the Ninja World as a god and is resurrected as an unstoppable ninja during the Forth Great Ninja War.
Trafalgar D. Water Law (ONE PIECE) – A friendly rival to Luffy of the Straw Hat Pirates. Law is part of a group known as the Worst Generation as well as being the captain and doctor of the Heart Pirates.
Hitsugaya Toshiro (BLEACH) – A captain of the 10th division of the Gotei 13, a group of Soul Reapers governing the flow of souls between the human world and afterlife realm known as Soul Society.
Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (BLEACH) – Formerly the 6th Espada in Sosuke Aizen’s army. Grimmjow’s brutal and sadistic personality makes him one of the major antagonists of the BLEACH series.
Katsuki Bakugo (MY HERO ACADEMIA) – A student in Class 1-A in the U.A. High School. Katsuki is Midoriya’s on-and-off again friend and rival. Katsuki’s Quirk allows him to utilize explosion attacks through special sweat glands in his palms.
OK, a question to those who played any of these two games.
Between Jump Force and Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, which one is or was the bigger bust?
My opinion is this:
While MVCI had great gameplay and a good roster even without the X-men and the Fantastic Four, it had some troubles with the graphics even though they were decent. As for Jump Force, it has good gameplay and graphics but the roster depends on your point of view.
