Taka Superman Unbound is fairly decent. it's based off of Superman : Brainiac by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank. I don't know why they felt the need to change the title. My biggest gripe would be the animation style as Gary Frank's original artwork in the book is simply awesome while the movie's art style i find to be kind of bland.
Superman/Batman : Apocalypse is based on the Superman/Batman book by Jeph Loeb. What's funny is the name of that story in the book was called "The Supergirl from Krypton" I guess the changed the title because maybe it was too wordy? I don't know. Regardless, both the Superman/Batman animated movies are really fun and definitely worth checking out.
When I first found out about Superman Unbound, I thought it was fan fic for some reason. The animated style is different from what I seen. It was a bit weird. I would try it. I notice a lot of people were complaining about the DC movies having too much an anime influence kind of look. I didn't mind. One thing I don't like about comic books was how overly muscle some guys were like in Justice League: War.
I may contradict myself since anime does the same thing but with women, making them too busty and hour glass shaped.
As for the titles, I think they changed it because they thought people would buy or rent the film if it had Superman or Batman's name on it.
Tried Wonder Woman New 52 series - it was pretty great. Explore her backstory, got 2 new companions, Hermes and Zola. Never thought Hermes had Harpy feet. Zeus is being a man whore for sleeping with different women and Hera is pretty mad at the women instead of Zeus. Yup, just like Greek mythology in English class back in high school.
After finishing up Working (Wagnaria) Season 3, I had nothing to watch (besides the new anime shows on Fri), I was listening to a narration on the comic book series, Injustice, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=noxrAqa7dYc)
I know it sounds weird hearing someone read a comic book series on Youtube. I found it easy for me to do it while I work on Akame ga Kill character pages in the Wikia.
The story in Injustice is ridiculous but it was somewhat entertaining. It reminded me of the film Flashpoint Paradox where a lot of superheroes were getting killed in grisly ways. When the Yellow and Green Lantern Corps came in, things got even more crazy.

Taka I was a big fan of the Injustice video game, and read most of the year one storyline and I found myself enjoying the story more in the comic than the game. Always meant to go back and continuing that reading that series. Although I don't think I could listen to a comic book being narrated that seems really odd to me.
Didn't know it had a video series. Yeah, it does sound weird. My summer break is over. Don't think I read anymore comic books. Though, I will try watch that new series Vixen. Trying to figure out where to watch it. Got lost.
TheDesertTiger: From the makers of Mortal Kombat? That's a weird combination. That's a shame that CW Seed can't stream out of the US. I found out it's 6 webisodes about 5 minutes each making a 30 minute story.
It sounds weird. Was expecting a 30 episode series.

Taka Yeah, the live action movie is pretty great. Third favourite Marvel movie overall with Winter Solider and First Avenger being 1st and 2nd respectively. I hope animated series is good, I'm not a fan of Marvel's current animated series'.
Taka: It's a gigantic mech franchise. I haven't seen Macross myself. I know it's a big one.

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
