This Ronin Knight had a little less restraint then Kaminari. He moved at a Mach 5 invisible to the Peak Human Lectro, he drew one of his three swords and ran down then side of the tree. He ran at Lectro as he ran Lectro looked to still as a statue to him. He simply swung his blade and took off the blade of the katana Lectro was wielding. Then his sword began radiated a black aura as he stabbed it into the ground unless a wave of black energy at Lectro's back which would blasts him right into the tree, though it'd destroy the tree it was worth it.
Lectro jumped away and injured his right leg. He kept a cocky smile on his face, even though he knew he was going to regret some of this. "Sorry to interrupt your nap time bud," Lectro said. Lectro threw the remains of his old sword down and put up a fist fighting stance. "Let's do this" he whispered.
"You've already lost boy." The Knight warned. The Ronin Knight stabbed his sword into the ground and then unleash a mach 1 explosion of black energy underneath Lectro, the explosion was just enough to knock out Lectro for the rest of the day. But likely for the peak human Lectro he'd be dreaming this battle took a different term only to wake up to the reality tomorrow afternoon.
Lectro took a direct blow from the attack, he felt himself falling out. As his eyes closed he thanked the Ronin knight for the fight. "Thanks... for the..." Lectro said before he fell out. Lectro was only picking fights for the experience, and he would only continue building up more fuss.
"Hmmm... this guy is slow but probably can take a punch and maybe dish out a punch. Direct combat at present may be impossible for him when it comes to stronger types of opponents but maybe......" The Ronin Knight said as he walked over to the unconscious body of Lectro. He drew the second of his three swords and held it over Lectro. He levitated Lectro's body and walked it over to the Infirmary where he would leave him for the duration of Lectro's sleep.
Raikou was there waiting right next to him, tapping Lectro on the forehead. "Hey Lectro, word is you were blown up yesterday. But that is not the only news. Word is Kaminari has decided to alter your training regiment to compliment what you're already skilled at. He wants you to see him at the usual spot we normally go to train. But before that, you should eat." Raikou pointed to the tray left on the nightstand near Lectro's bed in the infirmary. "The nurse told me you have to eat or you'll die if you try to fight again without eating. The food is good for a military encampment. You'd be surprised."
"Fine, I'll eat the food" Lectro sighed. He stepped over to the tray of food with a bored face, but once the first bite was taken everything about his face changed. "Who made this greatness?" Lectro questioned.
"Some dude in the Mess Hall, he must use some sort of special powers or ingredients. But they say he does it with his hands. He was filling in for the usual cook who was wounded in an enemy sneak attack." Kou replied.
As Lectro arrived Kaminari jumped right into his explanation. "Yesterday while you were knocked out I contacted Neo Parker to discuss your training and he told me about someone called Alisa and that she isma good CQC fighter and that you work for her or something. This told me that teaching you how to fight at close range won't help as much as teaching you how to fight from a distance, you also lack the reaction time by the way. So basically you protect and aid this Alisa. So I will teach you how to do so the right way. I'll teach you how to exert your power over a distance and how to use your electricity to support your allies. You following?"
"No you're not, you're not even focusing on me. You know what your exercise is simple. See those wooden towers in the distance. The first is 200 yards away, each one after it is another 100 yards away. The farthest is 500 yards practice hitting those targets. But that's not all, you have to avoid damaging the area around the towers. This is teaching you how to be a good overwatchmen." Kaminari explained.
"Yea, whatever" Lectro said as he began running for the pillars. He stopped running to think about hitting the pillars without lightning. But in the end, Lectro began running with lightning charged up anyway.
Lectro would find himself suddenly back again standing next to Kaminari. "No try to hit the targets with lightning from here. Project the force of your physical strength along with the lightning to obliterate the pillars from here." Kaminari said facepalming at the lack of common sense.
"You took out the target but several things around it too. Your dossier forwarded to me by Neo says that you use throwing needles so try using those from now on. Less collateral that way." Kaminari replied.
"Better accuracy but lacks power and penetration. But good enough that you won't hold back Raikou on your mission. Your mission is to eliminate that woman's encampment. Your needles should ensure you do that without getting close. You just focus on her and leave all the other enemies to Raikou. Now go suit up and you guys can leave when you're ready."
Taka: It's a gigantic mech franchise. I haven't seen Macross myself. I know it's a big one.

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
