I converted this thread according to Yusuke's format, only for the latest game. I kept the old game data below that. I figured to make the discussion thread broad since we don't have a lot of Danganronpa folks.
Besides that, most discussions will either be in spoiler tags (for gameplay) or news articles (reporting anything relating to the franchise).
There is a video introducing the new voice of Monokuma, TARAKO.
Her first voice appearance is scheduled in the upcoming stage play adaptation in June, then she will also join the upcoming two new TV anime series and the PS4/PS Vita game New Danganronpa V3: Minna no Koroshiai Shingakki.
The character's original VA Nobuyo Ohyama, who was most recognized as the voice of Doraemon in the Doraemon anime series and is now 82 years old, has been reportedly suffering dementia in recent years and is practically retired from voice acting.
The upcoming anime series will be split into two parts: "Mirai Hen" (Future Chapter) and "Zetsubō Hen" (Despair Chapter). "Mirai Hen" will air in July, while "Zetsubō Hen" will air sometime after. "Mirai Hen" will focus on the characters from the first game installment, while the "Zetsubō Hen" will tell the story of the characters of the Super Danganronpa 2 game. The anime will illustrate what happened to the characters before the events of the game.
The television anime series will be the conclusion of the "Hope's Peak Academy" series' original story.
Yōko Hikasa will play Kyōko Kirigiri in "Mirai Hen," Yoshimasa Hosoya will play Kazuichi Sōda in "Zetsubō Hen," and Megumi Ogata will play both Makoto Naegi in "Mirai Hen" and Nagito Komaeda in "Zetsubō Hen."
Got word that there will be an anime bundled with the new game

Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls, a PS Vita game, is heading for PS4
Did you get a chance to dig into Danganronpa's portable Monokuma-blasting spinoff Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls when it originally hit PS Vita? Whether you're new to the series or just looking to experience its wild story once more, NIS America announced plans to bring Another Episode to PlayStation 4 in the west early next year.
Danganronpa Another Episode may be a wild departure as far as gameplay is concerned, but the comedically dark narrative connects the events of the first two main games, Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair. The PS4 port is currently planned for a summer 2017 launch in North America and Europe.
There's also a $54.99 limited edition on the NISA Online Store that includes the following:
Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls was just announced for PlayStation 4, but it looks like PC players won't get left out in the cold this time around. The game is also making its way to PC via Steam in summer 2017, as announced by NIS America.
So if you were nervous about having to make a console purchase to finally play the previous PS Vita-only title, rejoice and take to your gaming PC!

Dream: It looks like reported coronavirus cases in Japan have stayed fairly stable since the country's state of emergency was lifted. Unless there's a major spike in cases, don't think we have to worry about production delays for this season.
Jun 30, 2020 3:07:26 GMT
Dream: Currently on the third and last volume to the True Tenchi Muyo light novels, Washu. Got about 40-50 pages left to read of it before I'd say I'm done.

Taka: Nice, that reminds me to finish watching Tenchi Geminar and GXP.
Jul 2, 2020 1:50:24 GMT
Taka: Virtual anime conventions - this year has been taking twists and turns. People are making adjustments. I think I spend over 100 dollars every time I go to Anime Expo each year (counting in total of badge cost, food, transportation, and merchandise).
Jul 2, 2020 2:14:05 GMT
Taka: I'll be saving money. Though, the pandemic has caused a lot of folks to have reduced hours, took time off, or laid off. Most folks' disposable income is a bit tight.
Jul 2, 2020 2:15:07 GMT
Dream: Done with TTM. See if I can get a review for it up sometime tonight.

Taka: So Tenchi Geminar has a school full of mostly girls just like Infinite Stratos and many harem shows.
Jul 8, 2020 6:50:40 GMT
Dream: Yeah. After Tenchi Muyo, Masaki Kajishima dabbled into several other harem titles, some of which not being based in the Tenchi timeline, which all have the same resolution of where the male lead "has them all." But they aren't really as popular.
Jul 8, 2020 14:20:06 GMT
Taka: I need to finish Geminar and GXP. Just cancel FUNimation which leaves me until July 23rd unless there are at least 3 shows that catch my eye from this season.
