So for this discussion, i will point out why back channels are a game changer for toriko characters and why are they so important when talking about speed advantage.
back channels have many uses, they can be used for warp travel, to accelerate time or to create a zone with a different frame akin to a hyperbolic time chamber (called warp kitchen).
however, the most fearsome ability a back channel can provide is the personal shift of time.
here is a solid description on how this works
in simpler words, it is similar to a timestop, the main difference here is that we have a frame, so in theory, a character fast enough could still beat a back channel (unlike the case of a time stop)
on Acacia's example, his back channel allowed him to shift a second to a month.
now, why is this such an important thing?
because it basically means acacia has a month's time worth of combat maneuvers while his opponent only has a second.
to put it in speed terms:
let's say we have character A and character B, both can move at lightspeed, however:
character A can use back channels in the same sense as acacia (1 second to 1 month)
character B cannot use back channels
in one-second character B was able to move a potential 299792km
in the same second, character A was able to move up to 777062051135.9814km thanks to back channels.
this alone makes a back channel user "seemingly" be able to move at 2,419,200 times the speed of light.
in reality, character A simply had a shit ton of time to spare, but since his personal time frame is shifted, his opponent wouldn't be able to tell.
this ability has been proven in combat with incredible results, even the extra dimensional laser which was fast enough to go through distant planets in a hundredth of a second looked like it was frozen in the eyes of acacia.
what's even more terrifying, Acacia can maintain a back channel for several minutes, as seen in his fight with deer king SKY. which would allow him to essentially fight at MFTL+ speeds for this period of time.
Master Menos: Finally got out of the fast food job. It was a graceful exit, but to be honest, I'll miss some of those guys. Got a sprained ankle from it since September, so I'll finally focus on healing that back at the family home.

HungryWorld: Well if anyone remembers what happened to Pingu in the City, with it being joke 10/10 scored on MAL just to get it into the top 10 anime... well now is Ishuzoku Reviewers' turn. Seems that in response to Funimation's cancel people boosted the score hard.

Taka: What? That sounds so weird.

Master Menos: It's damn awesome to be honest. It shot to 1st Place!

Dream: On the subject of MAL, it looks like the admin are planning to tweak their scoring system for titles to reduce the likelihood of voters artificially inflating the ranking of certain titles.

Master Menos: My V-Day present will be belated this year because I "Had some trouble with ol' Johnny." (That's your hint.)

Dream: The joys of adulthood. Joking aside, plan to at least attempt to wrap up Gankutsuou sometime early to mid next week so I can get done with my Funi voted titles. Afterward, not doing any more voting for a while considering how long this had been taking.

Dream: Done with Gankutsuou. Will be working to get a review up for it by sometime tonight.

Taka: Great job, Dream! I should do some reviews, too.

Dream: Looks like MAL's currently down due to the site getting hit by a major denial-of-service attack, just as a heads up.

Taka: I added 2 polls tonight. Also, I wonder why MAL was down. Crunchyroll also had it, too.

Dream: Not sure about Crunchyroll. For MAL, the DoS attacks may have been retaliation by those who dabbled into manipulating the site's scoring system for certain anime titles. The admin on MAL announced they would be overhauling the system to prevent said...
