Premise: After the death of his father, T'Challa returns home to the African nation of Wakanda to take his rightful place as king. When a powerful enemy suddenly reappears, T'Challa's mettle as king -- and as Black Panther -- gets tested when he's drawn into a conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people.
I finally got to watch the film. It was available on Amazon.
While I like the film's themes of opening and sharing its resources instead of being in isolation. I kept questioning Killmonger's motives. I don't know if different ethnicities in Africa and countries feel they are together. It's like China or other Asian countries care about being Asian and other Asian countries' well being.
If it was just America's blacks, it make more sense but at an earlier timeline like the Civil Rights Movement.
I couldn't connect with the villain.
As for other characters, I like Shuri and the spearwoman.
Taka Yeah i loved the 2 chicks u mentioned as well. What do u think about the movie overall? what do u rate it out of 10? i give it an 7.9
Not used to the phone. Took me a while to find notifications.
The movie was decent. I guessed I fell for it when everyone was praising Black Panther. 7 for me. Romance was underfleshed or heck take it out. Vibranium - they really make it like perfect when it can do all that stuff. Did like T'Challa who is pretty reserve. No sass or snarky retorts.

Taka: Didn't see anything until I read the description and comments. It goes by really fast. Edit: Someone really sneak in a picture. Edit 2: Tried pausing to find it. It's harder to track compared to REZERO's IF pictures

Old Man Dream: Set the playback speed on the video to 0.25x. Should make it easier to get a good pause on one of the two naughty bits. Both appear around 0:19ish in the video.
