Unless Beerus can teleport (which we haven't seen him using so far), Beerus now has (?) MFTL travel speed because of a new feat which has clear timeframes given.
There's not too much math involved. Just see the images for yourself and you can do your own calculation. There's no given distance, just a timeframe. Whether Beerus is MFTL or not depends on Whis' own speed, or the use of teleportation
It took 1 minute for Whis to travel to the unknown planet (which Beerus destroyed later on)
Whis spend 1 minute 20 seconds gossiping with the aliens in alien language. Then we find it took 1 minute 20 second for Beerus to get there. OR MAYBE LESS.
Beerus was still in the temple while counting the time
Whis was showing flying with stuff, as we'll see in the GIF below.
Previously we couldn't powerscale Whis's intergalactic feat to Beerus because Beerus flew along with Whis, and Beerus had no stuff.
However, this time beerus arrived on his own (don't know by which method)
So the numbers:
Whis time to fly: 60s Beerus time to (?): 80s
You can do the maths yourself if ya wish!
If Beerus hasn't teleported, this is most certainly a MFTL travel speed, judging by the intergalactic travel feat of Whis above
Doubtful it was teleportation. Beerus would not have complained about how far away planet vegeta was if he could just teleport there. Also in rof whis tells bulma they can make it back to earth in 35 minutes which she yells and just tells goku to teleport. I don't think beerus and whis know how to teleport. Not that they need to seeing how they can survive in space and it looks like just fly wherever they want.
graywolf3 goku crossed galactic distances instantly. That's teleportation If someone takes minutes to do the same thing you can't call "teleportation" here teleportation means instant that's clearly travel/flight speed
IIRC, Goku and Cell are the only known characters who can teleport using IT. The other characters are the aliens who taught Goku and the Kai's. Whis definitely doesn't teleport and his technique's name is Teletransportation, not Instant Transmission
Dream: Looks like California and New York are now enforcing all non-essential workers to stay home, except for necessary needs and all public gatherings are banned, at least in New York. New York's are in effect Sunday.

Dream: At least in New York right now, they're not enforcing it. But non-essential employers who aren't abiding by shutting down at this point will be fined and shut down at this point.
