Thanks for making the thread, Falbium. I forgot about transferring the thread. I'm ready for the season finale.
Your welcome man. Yeah I am also looking forward to the finale. I enjoyed the ending of the last episode that aired where Crowley kicked his mom out she was a conniving bitch to say the least. I like how Crowley has changed throughout Supernatural he is one of my favorites in the series.
I knew Sam wasn't going to destroy that book and I didn't want him too but I can already see the new sibling drama happening. You can't have Supernatural without some drama between those two brothers. Also really Sam? Out of all the people, you decided to give Rowena the book? Really? That's distaser waiting to happen. Liked the Stein family but I hope they won't make them disappear like they did with the Thule Society in the previous season.
Aenaon: Yeah I figured Sam wasn't going to destroy the book of the damned he wanted to help his brother no matter the cost. But man once Dean finds out that Sam has been keeping secrets from him such as the metatron incident and the book not being destroyed he is going to be pissed. But yeah for Sam to give the book to that bitch Rowena is stupid heck I would of sooner asked Crowley to translate it for me.
Dean and Crowley trust each other more. Sam doesn't really have much of a bond with Crowley. Didn't expect Sam to make a contract with Rowena. It's not the first time the Winchester brothers kept secrets and lie each other. It won't be the last either.
I really want Dean to keep the Mark of Cain, so am actually hoping Sam fails and things go wrong. I don't want supernatural to return things to the way they have always been like it does every season. I want this one thing to actually stick. I was hoping we would see demon Dead all season but, oh well. I guess they didn't want to keep Sam and Dean apart for too long. At least we know who the villain of the season (even though its ending) will be.
Sam giving the book to Rowena was a bit weird. It was a little dumb of him. Does he not expect her to cause havoc with so much power?
Taka: That is a correlation alright good job pointing that out. But man the gif you Cas and Dean made me laugh lol. But man Sam has gone to the dark side he is playing with fire. katmic: I can see Rowena dying this season I don't see Crowley dying he is to popular a character in Supernatural to kill off and one of my favs in the series.
Dream: That seems to be a thing a number of schools are thinking of to get around coronavirus being an issue, as my school is planning to hold their graduation ceremony at a local drive-in theater as well next month.

Taka: That's pretty neat. I was wondering how will they change up graduation. edit: Thanks Yusuke. The banners for Winter 2020 are up! My apologies for the wait.

Dream: For anyone not so interested in old-school anime, I plan to have a voting sometime next month where you can choose one of ten anime that have aired this year thus far for me to watch and review. Might be a little tricky for me to figure out Spring...

Dream: ...anime considering many titles have gotten postponed this season due to the pandemic. But still plan to run this in some sort of format next month.

Taka: I was going to review stuff but I'm working on something else right now.
May 24, 2020 4:02:58 GMT
Dream: I typically do mid-year reviews for current anime I don't actively follow anywho. Been doing it the past few years on here.

Taka: I wish I can be consistent in reviews. For the movie I watched this month because of the pandemic, I'm having some trouble in writing them.

Taka: For those in the USA, I hope everyone is doing good for Memorial Day weekend. I was about to say Happy Memorial Day Weekend but I realize that might be culturally awkward.

Dream: Far as Banana Fish goes, must admit it feels like a mess. There are story elements in it that are great and have their potential when focused on. On the other hand, also has some major issues that hinder it as a whole to a good degree.
May 25, 2020 2:21:32 GMT
Dream: Still, have 5 episodes left to dabble into with it.
May 25, 2020 2:21:43 GMT
Taka: I haven't finished Banana Fish. I need to go back. I was on the episode where the two young lads met and blond boy kissed him hello.

Dream: Sounds like one of the earlier episodes where Ash got himself into prison.

Dream: Watching Sea Prince and the Fire Child for the first Retro Crush anime. Got about 20 minutes left to see of it. See what I can whip up for a review afterward depending on weather, as I have storms coming my way later.
