Umoya - Protects against all mind control, all forms of control, and all misdirection basically Umoya protects against anything that messes with his perception or mind.
Unique Umoya ability - Turn invisible to all five senses. That means that no one could see him, hear his movements (even the sonic booms he makes when he moves at full speed), smell him, taste him, or even feel when he touches or attacks people. In fact, going close means he can attack as much as he likes and they won't feel anything but pain. No impact, just the force of the blows and the pain they bring.
Armor - With every attack it endures, it absorbs energy, negating the attack, until its breaking point when it releases it all in a concentrated explosion that will harm the enemy, but not the user.
Sword - Sword that can cut anything, absorb any energy, and stops regeneration and can only be used by him.
Light speed bow - Allows him to use his umoya to create arrows and launch them at light speed.
Endgame bow - Based off of onye endgame gauntlet which produces spheres that are seven centimeters in diameter and possess the density of a neutron star, with each atom also having the mass of a neutron star. It splits every single atom in said sphere at the same time, compresses it, and launches it as a projectile beam in the form of a gamma ray and fires at the speed of light.
Warp bow - arrow appears on the target via warping and possibly deals infinite damage.
Cloaking device - can cloak sight and sound of himself and others.
Lifebringer - a sphere similar to endgame but it shoots out a light that heals any and all injuries, whether physical, mental or spiritual instantly.
And so, you trained hard to be Chief, to gain power, so that nothing like this could happen again. The first step was to master your clan’s special ability, your bloodline, Umoya: the energy of your spirit and the power of your soul. Umoya could do different things; give different abilities, depending on what body part you channeled it through.
When channeled through the eyes, one could see through walls and other types of cover, as well as zoom in to one hundred times that of one’s normal eyesight. When channeled through the arms it allowed one to increase his or hers strength one hundredfold, and they could increase the speed of his or hers arms and hands, moving them in a flurry of over a hundred strikes per second or one hundred times faster than normal. When channeled through the legs, it allowed one to increase his or hers running speed one hundred fold, as well as increase his or hers leg strength. And finally, each member of the Akachi clan had a unique ability when they channeled Umoya through the chest, the heart. Yours was the ability to become completely invisible to all senses.
Now the training fields….that was usually the status quo with Emeka and other officers vigorously training and disciplining the soldiers, but today was different. For once, in your fifteen years of life, you saw Ime trying exceptionally hard at something that wasn't thinking. Well, maybe he was still thinking, but he was also training. Physically. You approach him slowly, not sure if what you're seeing was an illusion or not (well, Umoya saw through all illusions so...never mind) and spoke to him.
A passage showing that due to umoya it can see through lies.
"Why are you trespassing on my land?" You question sternly, eyes hardened like steel. "I-I...we didn't know! Honest!" He stammers out. "LIAR!" You shout as you shatter his knee cap with a chop. Your eyes saw all truth and saw through all illusion due to the Umoya running through your body, so you knew a lie when you saw one. He sobs and cries out in pain, but you muffle his sound with your hand, as not to alert anyone in your village.
Channeling Umoya into your heart, you become invisible to all five senses and begin your assault. Using your speed, you quickly run across the one hundred and fifty meters separating you and the nearest man and plant your leg into his jaw, launching his head off of his shoulders. Moving quickly, you shift to the other side of the flying head and kick it like a ball into the man who is furthest away, knocking him out. As the head is traveling, you move from man to man and kill them all for daring to trespass on your land. You rip out one of their hearts, collapse the other one's throat with a punch, and finish off the last one with a jumping knee to the chin, decapitating him as well. All in time to catch the last man's body before he hits the ground. A pretty good test of your speed you'd say, and this was without using Umoya to boost it one hundredfold.
Calming down from 'the hunt' you let your ability fade, no longer invisible. You then approach the fallen, but not yet deceased man. Swiftly you slap the man lightly across the face, leaving him with a red mark and a bloody nose, but more importantly it leaves him awake. You didn't notice much else about him physically because he'd be dead soon and was unimportant in your eyes.
A passage going into more detail about Amara umoya ability
Wasting no time, you immediately activated your unique Umoya ability and turn invisible to all five senses. That means that no one could see you, hear your movements (even the sonic booms you make when you move at full speed), smell you, taste you (doubtful they would do this anyways), or even feel when you touch or attack them. In fact, going close means you can attack as much as you like and they won't feel anything but pain. No impact, just the force of the blows and the pain they bring. At your sudden disappearance Emeka's eyes harden, his spear readies, and he shouts loudly.
A passage of Amare channeling umoya into his legs to move at mhs speed.
Channeling Umoya into your legs, you take off at full speed---No, one-hundred times full speed, leaving destruction in your wake from the immense sonic boom created from your sheer movement. Moving at massively hypersonic speeds, far past even one thousand times the speed of sound, your channeled Umoya strengthens your legs to over one-hundred times their normal strength and you deliver a vicious dropkick, both feet planting themselves on Emeka's jaw with the force and energy of over a million thunderstorms.
Even with his great strength, his great durability, and his newly gained power, Emeka is moved by the mountain leveling kick, falling a few meters back as his neck snapped from the force. You're a bit disappointed, as you're hoping to launch Emeka far and away and out of this fight, but it looks like he could be down for the count.
A passage of Emeka describing the sword Amare uses.
Yes! Emeka with your enhancements you can likely crush Amare despite him being cloaked to the senses, but with the Chief's sword he too can slice or stab you at any given moment. No matter how many enhancements you receive, we all know that the sword has NO equal and can cut and slice anything. So instead of continuing this destructive solution, I will step in and end this match myself! You are both dismissed." She says with authority and power.
Some passages of onye describing inventions he made with no problem showing his intelligence and the power of the armor Amare will get later on himself.
“Onye, glad you could join us. You look…ready for battle. I thought you didn’t fight?” You address him calmly.
“I am and I don’t. I’m simply following your instructions Chief and proving my genius to you and how it can help you on the battlefield.” He replies. “As discussed before, this mask allows me to see all that encompasses the physical plane. None can hide from my sight. Whether hidden in another country or lightyears away in another galaxy, I see it all. This mask also protects me from any internal attacks and allows me to see those that would deem themselves invisible.” He begins, explaining his genius to you.
“This chest plate is a prototype of the defensive capabilities of a containment field I intend to create later. With every attack it endures, the chest plate absorbs energy, negating the attack, until its breaking point when it releases it all in a concentrated explosion that will harm the enemy, but not myself. The current limit on this chest plate is enough energy to crack the planet in half, but it is successive and thus an actually achievable limit, should it be used constantly in battle.” He explains.
More passages of some of Onye other inventions such as a bow that fires at light speed.
At the end of the week, Onye presents you with the inventions he made to help the clan in battle. First, he presents a bow that shoot arrows at the speed of light itself. It only works for those with Umoya in their body, but only uses the minimal amount (so small it would recover in less than a second) of Umoya to shoot an arrow so the wielder wouldn’t even feel it. For you, he gave a special version where channeling Umoya into said bow will have the arrows simply appear at the target. He explains it as traveling through ‘an invisible wormhole’ so that there is no warning and no travel speed, but infinite force.
Some passages showing Amare using his unoya to see hundreds of kilometers away and being able to launch fifty arrows at lightning speed and hitting his target 35 kilometers away.
To start you began scanning the battlefield, channeling Umoya to your eyes to search for hundreds of kilometers through shrubbery and anything that could block someone from your eyesight, in an effort to locate the true Earth King. Not one to let you search uninterrupted, the Earth King sends large vines, as wide as ten elephants and long enough to cover one hundred meters, to attack you in rapid succession. Your speed serves you well as you dodge left to right to right to left, preventing the vines from crushing, hitting, or wrapping you up. Suddenly a grass spike erupts underneath you as you dodge one of the gargantuan vines and you're forced to somersault out of the way onto the second vine. As you do, you finally were able to spot the Grass Emperor, the real Grass Emperor, as your enhanced Umoya eyes also enhance your peripheral vision by one hundred times as well.
Spotting your true enemy, you let off fifty arrows at once to his position of over thirty-five kilometers away southeast. At first, he let the arrows fly by as they weren’t close to anything in clear sight, but soon he saw where they're headed and erects a grass wall to block the speeding projectiles. Unfortunately for him, the arrows moved like lightning and struck the Earth King several times in his chest, stomach, heart, head, and eyes.
Passages of Amare fighting the sun king and how powerful his sword really is that it can even harm intangible beings and absorbed the energy of a hypernova.
You appear before Sun King, unseen by any eye, unheard by any ear, un-smelled by any nose, unfelt by any touch, undetected by any sense. You knew better than to waste time fighting head up, opting to go invisible right away. Despite that, you still had a score to settle.
"Your end is near. I will finish what Emeka started, and avenge my clan." You speak coldly to Sun King, letting your voice be heard despite your power, though he couldn't pinpoint your position.
"You think you can beat me? The Master of the Sun? You have no chance boy." He replies haughtily.
"It is you who has no chance." You reply truthfully.
Sun King looks around, carefully trying to figure out where you are 'hiding.' When he doesn't see you, he speaks once again.
"What is this? This trickery? You think to play games with me? To bend light against one who has mastered light? Fool. I can sense energy, I can spread the light, bend the light, control the light. You cannot hide from me!" He exclaims as he attempts to bend the light around the area and sense for you. It is all for naught though as you can't be sensed or seen no matter what.
"Now where are you...what? My probes...they returned nothing! Impossible!" He appears shocked when the results reveal exactly that. You simply shake your head, take your sword and cut off his arm with a quick swing.
Sun King is still musing when he notices his arm is gone and pain takes over him.
"How? How can my arm be gone and I not feel it? Is it possible that...he is invisible to all of the senses?" So he's figured it out. That means it's time to end it. Swiftly you decapitate him with your sword, ending his life. "Too easy." You say, not dropping out of the invisibility, wanting to make sure it is really over. "FOOL! You have only destroyed my body! I am the Master of the Sun. I AM The SUN!" Comes Sun King's voice as he shows up in a body made completely of golden yellow sunlight.
"Hmm…“ He says as he suddenly speeds over to Earth King and Izwi's fight. Instantly you panic, not fast enough to reach them before he acts. Luckily he simply blasts Earth King with a large beam of sunlight, and then speeds back before you can let out a breath. It appears that he moves at light speed now. Of course. He is the light. When he returns, he looks around and speaks.
"Will you hide forever? Have you no honor? Face me like a man! Chief to Chief!" He yells, still searching for you. Angry, you allow yourself to be heard once again. "Did you give Emeka a fair fight? Did Earth King give me a fair fight? Did you fight like men? No. You plotted with a betrayer and ganged up on us because you weren't strong enough to win. I have no qualms about remaining hidden. Even in an honorable fight, this is merely an ability of mine. If you can't counter it, and no one can, then you lose. So you see, this is Chief to Chief. I simply outclass you in every way." You say, speeding by Sun King and cutting off his head and arms. Not a moment later, Sun King appears before you with a new body made of sunlight.
"You dare taunt me? The Sun Kin--no, the Sun God!? You may be able to kill my physical body. You may be able to halt regeneration with whatever weapon or ability you have, but you cannot destroy all sunlight. And I AM the Sun. You cannot win you petulant child! Allow me to show you." He says as he begins glowing bright. As he does, the Sun begins dimming, the Earth gets darker and darker until finally it is pitch black besides Sun God who is generating blinding light. The brightness is intense. It's like being next to the Sun directly. If you didn't have Umoya, you would be blinded right now. "Do you see? I have drained the Sun of all of its powers! I am a walking star! The only thing keeping this planet from dying under my power, from my heat, is my will. So please Amare. Be my guest. Kill me and lose the Sun and this planet. FOREVER!" He says and taunts. You stay where you are thinking about the consequences. Is he bluffing? Should you wait for Onye and Izwi to get here? No. You are the Chief. You must make the decisions. He must die, and you will figure out what that means later, but he can't be left alive. "You're taking too long Amare! I cannot see you, but I don't have to. I will simply release some of my power and raze this battlefield with the heat of the sun itself. Others will die, but only YOU are to blame Amare." He says as he holds out his hand. You take a breath and then appear, letting go of your invisibility.
"Wait. I am here. Fight ME. Not the others." "Fool. I will simply kill you where you stand and then hunt down your pathetic clan members. You have only prolonged their life for seconds at most." He says as he shoots a blast of sunlight at you. Your eyes widen and you barely get your sword up in time to absorb and block the blast.
"Huh? You blocked my attack? How? How can you lay eyes on me without being blinded? How can you react to light itself when NOTHING is faster? ANSWER ME!" He yells. "I can lay eyes on you because my eyes always show me the truth. They cannot be blinded or tricked in any way." You inform him.
"AND your speed?" He asks. "I've always been fast." You answer. "Is that so?" He asks as he moves at light speed, blitzing you and standing right in front of you before you can react. Or so he thought. "I would say so." You respond as both of you notice your blade catching Sun God in the stomach anticipating his movement. "Tch. Your blade cannot hurt me! Even if it stops healing, I am not corporeal. I am light. I am intangible to all." He gloats. "Except my blade." You point out as there is a clear hole in his new 'body', as there would be if the sword stabbed through anything else. "You appear to be correct. All the more reason to kill you as soon as possible. You and your blade possess far too great of a threat, as does your clan. As you die Amare, just know that you tried. And that counts...for nothing." He says as he tries to move or use energy. He tries again, but finds himself unable to, due to your sword in his gut.
"You're the one dying here Sun King."
"Dead Man." "You dare--" "My sword also absorbs energy. Given that you are incorporeal, that you are light, that you are the Sun, my sword will absorb you as well and has already started just by being near you. It is why you can't move or expend energy." "I see...I wonder how well your sword will react to the energy of a Hypernova." He says with a smirk.
"A Hypernova?" "Yes...when a Star dies, it usually explodes either into a Supernova or a Hypernova. A Supernova briefly outshines the entire Galaxy for just a moment. Hypernovas are much more powerful. One thing I can do, despite being impaled on this wretched blade of yours, is...cause myself to explode." Your eyes widen at his statement.
“Wait.” You say, trying to stop him on his mad quest to destroy everything. "So Amare...Chief of the Akachi Clan. See you in hell." He says as he explodes in a brilliant light. You hold your sword steady, closing your eyes as you hope that it's enough. It has to be. For the clan, for you, for your mother, for Ime, for Izwi. For the entire planet. You had to be successful. When you open your eyes, you look around and see nothing. You panic for a second, thinking you're in some kind of afterlife, but then look down and see your sword shining brightly with a golden, sun-colored light. It had successfully absorbed the Hypernova. "I did it. The sword...it absorbed the energy of the explosion." You say in relief to no one in particular.
Some passages of explaining the warp bow that Onye made for Amare
Your first move is to turn invisible, and then with extreme speed, you attack the Destruction head, knowing it to be the most dangerous. One swipe from your sword and the head is off and unable to regenerate, no longer able to threaten you or your clan with death. A millisecond later, the other head meets the same fate. Now you watch your clan fight, waiting to help any that need it.
Some passages showing Onye new inventions which cloak himself and others and he introduces his new invention lifebinger which he later outfits for the army..
“No. His injuries are grave and without simply commanding him to heal, it's going to take some time. Unfortunately, we don't have any other options and...” She trails off when Onye raises his hand. “Let me guess, you invented a better option?”
“I don't even have to answer that.” He replies as he takes out a sphere, similar to Endgame. “This is...” He begins before Izwi cuts him off.
“No! You're not naming this one too!” She all but yells at him.
“You're lucky I'm cloaking our sound as well as our sight, or that outburst would've gotten us killed Iz. Control yourself. Now as I was saying, this is what I call Lifebringer. It heals any and all injuries, whether physical, mental, or spiritual. While I didn't develop any more destructive inventions during this past decade, I did work on technology that betters life in every way. This is one of those. Now allow me.” He says, chastising Izwi for her yelling, before causing the orb to glow and shoot out a beam of light at you.
As the light hits you, you feel all of your pain instantly vanish. Immediately you can move perfectly again, and feel almost better than perfect.
“Wow.” You say, sitting up, blinking a little as you look around. “That works really well and really fast. Thank you Onye, and Izwi for your effort and love.” You say, briefly releasing your stealth as you look around for your sword.
Onye makes a whole bunch of equipment for the army.
Over the next week, the one that is mostly at work is Onye. For the first hour, Onye is seen by no one, locked in his workshop, his mind set on only one creation. In that hour, Onye makes twenty new inventions, weapons to be used against Demon King he says. By the end of the day, he has mass produced enough of his own armor, cloaking devices, and Lifebringers for the entire army to sport one. In addition to that, their bows are upgraded to be “Endgame bows” that shoot out exclusively Endgame arrows as they did against the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, the Demonic Power Incarnate. The next day, Onye declares that he was done working on the first day and will be relaxing the rest of the week, confident that we will win. The rest of the clan use most of that time to become accustomed to the new armor and technology, and you know you are ready to face the Demon King once more.
Next, Demon God sends a wave of unfamiliar energy towards you and the clan. You try to drain it with the sword, but it does nothing to it and feel your life slowly be drained from you. Looking around, you can see that the environment is dying from the attack, and get out your warp bow. "This Umoya...it's difficult to drain. Good. I like a challenge." Proclaims Demon God, as he realizes just how long it is taking to drain the life from you and your clan versus the instant draining of anything else his power touches. No sooner than he finishes that statement do you aim and let go of your arrow. True to what Onye said, the arrow warps and teleports right on top of Demon God. What you see is absolute destruction as he is torn apart by infinite amounts of force.
Amare unleashes fifty thousand blows per second and runs around the world in ten seconds to gain momentum.
“Here I am, Demon God. As you requested. Prepare to die in defense of the Akachi Clan. You have tested us, defeated us, and sullied our honor by bringing our dead back to life. It is my duty as Chief to put a stop to you.” You say before running at him full speed for a flurry of punches at a rate of fifty-thousand per second. For the first forty-thousand, he easily dodges, making you look like a newborn child with his grace and speed. The next ten-thousand he lets hit him, laughing the entire time as the punches don't even budge him.
You then stop punching and run past him, circling the entire world in ten seconds, building up momentum the entire time, and hit him with a powerful Umoya-enhanced dropkick. He still doesn't move.
Amare uses telekinesis on his sword to attack the demon god.
“That, was my shadow speed, courtesy of the Three-Tailed Rat, the Demon of both Shadows and Darkness. Now to finish you off.” He whispers, gripping your neck tighter as he looks to pop your head off of your body. Desperation flows through you as you channel your Umoya outside of your body and manipulate your sword as you would with your hands. He keeps squeezing and you know you'll be dead within the second, so with all of your mental and spiritual might, you swing the sword at his head, hoping for a miracle. You watch as the sword inches closer and closer to his neck and to your freedom and victory. Unfortunately he catches the sword by the hilt, millimeters before the blade reaches his neck.
These passages show that only Amare can wield his sword.
Demon God doesn't say anything else, only looking at the sword in his hand. You can see his thoughts flowing through his head, the irony of killing your clan with the sword that belongs to you and belonged to the Chief before you. It fits his current persona too, of wanting maximum entertainment. Luckily you know what will happen if he tries to use it, and you must capitalize on it. As predicted he grabs the sword with both hands and attempts to channel his energy through it. The moment he does, you take off, knowing the outcome. The sword rejects him, repelling him with a pulse of energy, causing him to drop it in shock. Not a moment after he drops hit, his hands practically still around the hilt do you take the sword, spin, and decapitate him clean. Perhaps the second time is the charm. You breath hard, wondering if it’s actually over this time, not daring to drop out of your stealth just yet. To your horror, Demon God is back just ten seconds later.
