Before we start this review, I have to say this review is challenging because this anime has many controversies. I'm open minded and know this anime isn't for everyone due to the depictions of sex, fan service, and adultery plus its characters that may have you hate them or love them.
The anime has some nice visual productions. Episode 1 is full of it. It tends to go up and down. The few, "real" fight scenes has some nice cinematography (IE: all of Ghislaine's fights).
Grey morality in the Greyrats' family regarding sex and adultery in a medieval faux European setting
Protagonist has a lot to improve due to his past life with bullying and being a shut in. He does have some talent in magic. He is between the general isekai stereotypes: a powerless protagonist and the overpowered protagonist.
Speaking of protagonist Rudy (Nickname)/Rudeus, he can be very unlikable for some folks. His pervy behavior can cause some discomfort when he applies video game experience to real life romantic relationship pursuits with Sylphie and Eris. Folks will note Rudy was an adult in his past life, so that leads to some implications of "grooming" on Rudy's role for some folks.
Rudy's parents and family can also rub people the wrong way if your tolerance for nobles abusing their power to have sex with their maids is low or using their children for political gains.
If you hate ecchi, this anime is not for you. There are a lot of fan service.
Even though I never read the manga adaptation or light novel source material, there were areas where it felt rushed. World building is a bit slow but not too overwhelming. The power mechanics are a bit vague.
Decapitation show off screen
Lots of moaning and sex off screen from Paul and Zenith trying to have their 2nd child. Grandpa having sex with maid off screen.
Gainax Bounce and close up shots of butts and breasts.
Unwanted groping of girl
verbal account of sexual assault
Almost fully nude bodies minus the nipples.
Thank you for checking out the review. I will only recommend this anime series to those with tolerance for ecchi and scandalous relationships. The protagonist can be frustrating to watch as he has a lot of character development. Since this is an ongoing series for the source material, this is a short anime series. The anime ended inconclusively. For story parts, you can divide the anime into two parts: adjusting to the isekai world and secondly, surviving on another continent.

Old Man Dream: Been wanting an anime remake for Tsukihime for a while, provided it gets Ufotable at the helm of animating it. Like Fate, but the horse for it's getting squeezed dry enough, especially with its many spinoffs.
