Weaknesses: Faced with dealing with close friends or "sons" makes him not use his full power outright unless absolutely necessary, / the Golden Throne's life support system begins to fail as it will be a matter of time before he dies if there is no solution, and if that happens, the results are completely unknown.
DC: at least Solar System level+ (his telepathic energy attack was described as being more destructive than a super nova, which he performed in a near death state), likely multi Solar System level (fought the Void Dragon, arguably the most powerful among 4 C'tan in the Milky Way Galaxy, under the Mars after beating it in the fight. Likely caused the "Storm of the Emperor's Wrath", a massive Warp storm which wiped out an entire sector of the galaxy) Psychic powers, soul destruction, and Warp-based attacks ignore durability. / At least Complex Multiverse level, possibly Low Hyperverse level (Able to hold off the four Chaos Gods from breaking into realspace. The Warhammer Verse consists of at least 12 Dimensions)
Speed: at least FTL+ (Far faster than his Primarchs, Horus, the strongest Primarch, could not follow his father's movement with his eyes and mistook it with teleportation) likely Massively FTL+ reactions/close combat speed (Fought the C'Tan Void Dragon on equal footing and punched it from Earth straight to Mars. A space marine who gained a small portion of his power viewed everything as being completely frozen when he moved) / likely Omnipresent
Durability: At least Solar System level, likely Multi-Solar System level (fought and defeated a large shard of the Void Dragon, arguably the most powerful among the 4 C'tan has appeared in the Milky Way Galaxy so far, Endured attacks from Horus although his son was being empowered by all four Chaos Gods. Should also be capable of generating similar levels of energy to his attacks with his shields) / At least Complex Multiverse level, possibly Low Hyperverse level
The verse having at least 12-Dimensions, the realm of one of the chaos gods alone having at least 9-Dimensions
"Rugolo slumped in despair. For his own part Calliden felt too numbed to pray. So this was the end! He cursed himself for having listened to the fake Rogue Trader, someone with the stamp of failure written all over him. Miserable as his life was before, at least it was life. While these thoughts went through his mind he noted that the environment open to his warp eye was again changing, becoming even more difficult to apprehend. A warp-realspace overlap! To the eight dimensions of the warp were added the four dimensions of ordinary space! Twelve dimensions in all! Impossible even for a trained navigator! Could the entities of the warp understand such an environment? If so, they had intellectual powers far exceeding the human. It was far too complicated for Calliden to grasp. He whimpered, eyes rolling in his head, and gave up trying to interpret it. The great loom-like scheme surrounding him collapsed."
"Of all the outlandish landscapes in the Warp, Tzeentch's domain is the most bizarre and incomprehensible. His realm is woven from the raw fabric of magic. The Crystal Labyrinth, as it is known, sits upon an immense iridescent plateau, its presence felt across all of the Daemonic realms. Shifting avenues made from crystals of every colour criss-cross Tzeentch's realm as it contorts through nine dimensions, at once."
"The Emperor was amongst them. His sword was a bluesteel shimmer, too fast to follow with the naked eye. He moved through the orks without seeming to move at all, simply existing at one point to kill before appearing elsewhere to reap greenskin lives by the score. Each blow struck with the force of an artillery impact, and shattered bodies flew from his sword as though hurled aside by a bomb blast. Nor was his sword the Emperor's only weapon. His outstretched gauntlet blazed with white-gold fire, and whatever the flames touched disappeared in explosions of red cinders and ash. He battered orks to bonelessness with bludgeoning blows, he crushed them with invisible coils of force and he repelled their gunfire with thoughts that turned their rounds to smoke. They came at him in their hundreds, like iron filings to the most powerful magnet, knowing they would never find another foe so deserving of their rage. The Emperor killed them all, unstoppable in his purity of purpose. A crusade of billions distilled in one numinous being. Horus had fought alongside the Emperor for well over a century, but the sight of his father in battle still had the power to awe him. This was war perfected. Fulgrim could live a thousand lifetimes and never achieve anything so wondrous."
"Here in the Great Ocean, he could be whatever he wanted to be; nothing was forbidden and anything was possible. Worlds flashed past him as he hurtled through the swelling tides of colour, light and dimensions without name. The roiling chaos of the aether was a playground for titanic forces, where entire universes could be created and destroyed with a random thought. How many trillions of potential lives were birthed and snuffed out just by thinking such things?"
Then time stopped and a blinding light filled the chamber. Horus felt warm honey flow through him, and he turned towards the source of the light: a shimmering golden giant of unimaginable majesty and beauty. […] Horus reached out towards the golden warrior as he turned his sad gaze to the incubation tanks held motionless above him, weighing the consequences of future events in the blink of an eye. Horus could see the decision in the figure’s wondrous eyes and shouted ‘No!’ The figure turned from him and time snapped back into its prescribed stream.
KBN , the multiversal level is only in the Warp, correct?
Because it specifically mentions in your DC quote that "Here in the Great Ocean" in the beginning. So in a place that's not the Warp, such as the main universe of 40K, he cannot manifest that immense power, correct?
Because I've seen interpretations of Sanguinius being solar system level because he killed a Greater Daemon over his knee on Holy Terra, and Greater Daemons can reach solar system sizes in the Warp where they're much more powerful than in the materium.
So using the Warp enhanced feats for an entity that isn't in the Warp doesn't seem right to me.
(Also you haven't gotten back to me on my PM to you, is everything OK? I sure hope you're alright.)
Taka: It's a gigantic mech franchise. I haven't seen Macross myself. I know it's a big one.

Old Man Dream: Guess we don't get it. Make things short and sweet: Through some unintentional legal wranglings, Harmony Gold's owned international rights to the Macross name for decades and its Japanese developers, disgusted by the move, had not allowed...

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
