I guess I should make a thread with all the new shows Toonami is picking up for anyone interested since these guys get a lot of news coverage. It's falls into my area for this site in terms of reporting on industry news. Usually, if they report on an anime show that I have a discussion for, I'll post the news there.
Adult Swim's Toonami to Air JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Anime Starting in October 2016
Jason DeMarco, Vice President and Creative Director, On-Air for Adult Swim, confirmed on Twitter on Thursday that the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure television anime series will premiere on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block starting in October. DeMarco also added that the airing will start with the show's Part 1.
Toonami To Air Uncensored "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure"
At their San Diego Comic-Con panel, Adult Swim programming block Toonami announced plans to broadcast the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure TV anime. The David Production adaptation of Hirohiko Araki's genre-hopping 1987 ongoing will make its US cable debut in October. With the series coming soon, Toonami co-creator Jason DeMarco responsed to a fan's question about whether it will be a censored or uncensored version.
Toonami is streaming a film for November 5, 2016 at 3 AM (which this day is daylight savings): Makoto Shinkai's Children Who Chase Lost Voices.
Children Who Chase Lost Voices centers on Asuna, a girl who spends her solitary days listening to the mysterious music emanating from the crystal radio she received from her father as a memento. However, she embarks on a journey of adventure to find a mysterious boy she just met, and thus comes to know the cruelty and beauty of the world, as well as loss.
The official Facebook page of Adult Swim's Toonami television programming block in the United States announced on Tuesday that it will run the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE:0096 television anime beginning on January 7 at 1:00 a.m. EST. (The below graphic lists "January 2," but Toonami normally runs on Saturdays.)

Old Man Dream: ...Umineko crossover. May have liked the idea with better handling of the story development. But it's basically made Satoko a rather unlikable character now.

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.
