Certainly One Piece! The progression of the story is at such a fundamental pivot I could only image the sheer excitement and thrills that the movie would encompass and as mab07 mentioned, it has a mangaka that continuously break records, I'm sure the movie would be awesome.
One Piece: The Movie 2000 ‧ Action/Adventure ‧ 51 mins Box office: 2.16 billion JPY
Detective Conan: Captured in Her Eyes Release dates April 22, 2000 Box office ¥ 2.5 billion
Now one could argue their was more of a actualy pirating drag on One Piece earning an not be making a pun. But 2000 is not 2016. One Piece out sales Detective Conan in manga some times by times 7 the amount.
Bleach movie wise is one of the examples I use for anime movies that disconect from the season at times. So its one I would not see.
Naruto is a solid performer but The Last: Naruto the Movie Release dates December 6, 2014 Box office ¥2.0 billion so it would not do as well I think as One Piece or Detective Conan.
So my gut says One Piece but the numbers say maybe Detective Conan on closer examination.
