The battle taking place in my previous thread (Scarface vs Master Chief: animevice.boards.net/thread/8254/master-chief-scarface-eu-predator?page=1&scrollTo=219627 ) gets interrupted when, suddenly, a strangely pale human man in dark clothing appears directly in the midst of the combat, confusing both sides, as well as the stranger himself, apparently, if his expression of puzzlement was anything to go by. The hesitant confusion was short-lived, however, as not a moment later everyone raised their weapons, ready to resume the combat, even the pale man raised a weapon in ready of a shootout.
However, before any more violence could commence, the two ships suddenly shook violently, throwing most of the people/aliens in the area off their feet, as they crashed into something really, really big. It wasn't long before that really big something identified itself as the Minotaur Chapter Space Marine Assault Carrier, Daedelos Krata, of the Imperium of Man. Despite not anyone on either side knowing what that even was, before anyone could argue or ask further questions, the strange ship sent someone aboard.
The delegate they sent was a monstrous hulk of a man, dwarfing even Scarface (who is over 7' tall) in size, clad from head-to-toe in thick, intricate, heavy-looking armor, wielding a wicked-sharp black spear and a massive shield with an insignia of what seemed to be a bull's head. Following closely behind him were two other, almost equally as large men, in thick metal body armor, carrying alarmingly large guns. The largest man, in the dark armor, introduced himself as Asterion Maloc, Chapter Master of the Minotaur Space Marine Chapter House of the Imperium of Man, under the Emperor of Mankind. Then, getting right to the point, he bluntly and coldly demanded that everyone there surrender themselves under the custody of the Imperium of Man. The UNSC for "impersonation of authority", the Yautja hunting party for being unknown aliens, and the pale stranger (Killy) for looking at him the wrong way.
With Asterion giving them the options of imprisonment or "getting crushed", all parties simultaneously decided to collectively empty their clips/rounds into the bulky mass of armored douche, in a collective and obvious "no thanks". In a moment, all of the Young-Bloods, ODST, Blooded and Spartan IVs around the room dropped to the floor, dead before they even hit the ground, from an impossibly quick assult by Asterion, his black spear dripping Yautja and human blood, alike.
Chief and Scarface stood, stunned, as Asterion laughed deeply and turned to the three remaining occupants of the deck, seeming to smile under his helmet. Even the pale man seemed wary of the hulking figure, though despite the dire situation, he seemed hesitant to fire his weapon for some reason. Commanding his men not to interfere, Asterion gestured for the three individuals to come forth, lifting his spear eagerly. Killy, Chief and Scarface glanced at one another, all of them silently coming to an agreement; to kick this guy's ass.
CIS/PIS is off, BFR is restricted, speed is equalized, everyone is in character but 100% serious, all characters have perfect teamwork and their best equipment, KILLY'S GBE IS RESTRICTED (unless they are getting absolutely stomped), nobody has prior knowledge of their opponents, win via death of opponent. If the alliance is getting stomped so badly it's just embarrassing and/or sad, change the opponent to a Space Marine Captain, while I cry in a corner for my failure.
-At the start of the game (Predator: Concrete Jungle), even after getting shot once in the face, and several times in the abdomen, Scarface ran through a crossfire between the city's biggest gang, the Irish Mob and the police of the city, killed the boss of the Irish Mafia and survived his ship's self-destruct sequence, which levelled much of the city (not directly, of course, but he was in a building rather close to the area where his ship exploded, so while not necessarily a durability feat, it's still worth mentioning)
-Due to losing some of his equipment in the city, and thus inadvertently giving the humans access to their technology, Scarface is banished to a distant planet full of hostile and deadly native beasts, with nothing but his wristblades (shortened to barely reach past his fingertips) and a single glave. 100 years later, the Dark Blade clan leader returned to find that Scarface had survived his banishment thus far, and that many of the native beasts which lived on the planet lay slain around Scarface's feat.
-After receiving a chance at redemption, Scarface goes back to the city in which he had failed his clan 100 years ago, known as Neonopolis, to kill the humans who reverse engineered the Yautja technology he had lost and anyone who got in his way. It was during this mission that Scarface showcased impressive feats, such as knocking over a military transport truck with a single punch and lifting a massive metal gate estimated to weigh 16 tons, with mid-difficulty.
-Other than monstrous strength, Scarface also sports extremely high stamina and scarily massive damage soak/pain threshold, having wiped out several different crime families, a corrupt organization with an army of super soldier cyborgs and advanced weaponry, a small xenomorph army, and even three other Yautja warriors, over a very short period of time, without any noticeable fatigue.
-Directly after fighting a small army of heavily-armed cyborgs, of which Scarface killed several of before getting overwhelmed and captured, Scarface broke out of his bindings and escaped almost immediately after waking up.
-At the climax of the game, defeated a man who used Yautja blood to turn himself into a Yautja/human hybrid, strong enough to easily slaughter 3 armed cyborg super soldier samurai, and more deadly than the 3 cybernetically enhanced brainwashed Yautja. After a bloody battle on the roof of a skyscraper, Scarface prevails and kills the hybrid by decapitating it.
That's just some of his more noteworthy feats, as well as a shitty/choppy runthrough of the game, but I think you all get the picture.
Anyway, Scarface's complete arsenal consists of a plasmacaster, a combistick, his wristblades, several smart discs, several shuriken, a speargun, a netgun, his Vocal Mimicry device (inside his mask), several glaves, his Maul, many throwing-mines, a medicomp, his cloak, several Bio-Masks and his self-destruct device. Scarface is also highly skilled as well, being a master in the use of all of the weapons that I mentioned previously, and being one of the only known Veteran rank Yautja, which indicates just how deadly and skilled a warrior he is.

Can we get some information on Maloc, especially the durability of his armor? Also, is Master Chief allowed to be equipped with any weapons or gear from the Halo-verse?

Not to mention his shield nullifies kinetic energy and his spear melts through terminator armor with ease. A single hit from Maloc spear would kill them. That being said killy's gun is arguably durability ignoring and has dealt some serious damage. I could see killy being able to win as long as he goes all out from the start.

Wait, hold the fuck up, his spear can straight up melt Terminator armor? Well, shit, I'm not sure these guys can handle that can kind of firepower.
And, while this isn't the case for Killy, I don't think MC or the Predator are actualy fast enough to deal with a Chapter Master, considering your average Spess Muhreen can deflect hypersonic projectiles from a bolter at point-blank range, easily making them Hypersonic+ - High Hypersonic, now imagine how fast the unimaginably superior Chapter Masters are. Easily MHS - MHS+, and I could be lowballing too, since I didn't dig up all of their feats and not at all interested in reading the long-ass Horus Heresy series + some older books.
Unless there's something I'm missing here, I believe Asterion curbstomps this team. They don't have the necessary firepower to penetrate Dreadnought armor (well, Killy, does, but his GBE has been restricted) by a very long shot, let alone that pesky shield, and one hit from Asterion and they go down in flames. There's also the fact Chapter Masters have centuries worth of battle experience and have seen more action in a month than any of those 3's lifetimes combined, and Asterion's Chapter especially is blood thirsty as fuck, even for a Space Marine Chapter, and he's a high-level combat and tactical genius himself.
In conclusion, Asterion because: Overwhelming Durability + Overwhelming Destructive Capacity + Overwhelming Speed (not to Killy though) + Highly Overwhelming Combat And Tactical Experience.
Eva01, Yeah it's a rare relic, one of the rarest in fact. its on par with the Custodes weapons and has a built in laser that makes it melt through terminator armor. Asterion is incredibly powerful.
I didn't see that the GBE was restricted. without it there is no chance that the team can win.

Khorne, Eva01, yeah, I was hoping that he wasn't as OP as I worried he may be, lol. I tried picking a powerful and noteworthy WH40K Space Marine, who wouldn't fuck the team until they love it, but I see that in hindsight, Maloc's spear easily piercing Terminator armor should have been the first sign that Maloc was gonna clean house.
Well, if Maloc is too much of a beast, then would anyone mind suggesting a less powerful Space Marine for the trio to fight? I don't know all that much about WH40K.

Eva01 , and, to be fair, Scarface is a very high ranking and skilled Yautja, even amongst older ones (who can be thousands of years old, by the way), and EU Predator are far, far stronger, faster (Scarface, himself, is at least equal to Yautja who could easily dodge close-range fire from an AK-47) and more skilled than their movie counterparts, so while they aren't impressive compared to a Space Marine Chapter Masters (big fucking shocker, lol) they are still deadly warriors with powerful technology.
The only reason I didn't outfit Scarface with one or two Blazers, is because he is a hunter from his clan, and is not permitted to wield such a devastating weapon. In fact, Blazers are not allowed to be used for hunts, as it's seen as extremely dishonorable.
Probably wouldn't seriously harm Asterion, but if it hits a vulnerable area, I don't imagine it'd tickle either, lol.

Daken Banchou , Use the chapter master for the imperial fists; Vorn Hagen. his shield and hammer aren't nearly as powerful. or the Black Templar chapter master Helbrecht.
The Minotaur's are a crusading chapter that focuses on hunting down rebel/traitor space marine chapters and exterminating them. Thats likely why their chapter master has a powerful custodes level spear. While its not cannon many think that they are a space marine-oriented counterpart to the grey knights.
Daken Banchou, it would make the battle pretty equal considering Hagen's hammer is just a bit stronger than a gravity hammer from Halo. He still has his dreadnought armor and shield which gives him enough protection to avoid getting beaten immediately. that being said the Fist of Dorn (hammer) is powerful enough kill master chief and scarface in two hits while killy would die in a single blow or at least be incapacitated.

Khorne , how strong is the force behind Fist of Dorn? Because Scarface, Killy and Chief have rather impressive durability/tanking feats.
Scarface can tank numerous blows from opponents equal to or even stronger than himself (he is easily 16 tonner), Chief survived atmospheric reentry (albiet, with a LOT of luck) and Killy fell thousands of feet in the air (above cloud-level) and literally just walked it off, to name just a few of their durability feats.
EDIT: oh, and Scarface's best glaive is plasma-bladed (which is far more viable here in melee combat than his regular combistick), his multiple smart discs would be good distractions for Hagen due to their target-following function, and his plasmacaster can scrap tanks at full capacity and, unlike the Spartan Laser, it's spammable. Just thought I would mention some of Scarface's best gear in more detail, since he is by far the least known here.

Daken Banchou, It hits hard enough crush space marine armor in a hit. On impact Thunder hammers release a powerful concussive blast in a focused cone. A blow to the head would at least knock them down and give them a serious injury.

Khorne, yeah, I would imagine such strength would at least lay them out cold, lol. Though, Killy did stay in one piece after getting barbecued by a small piece of a star, and he can regenerate to boot, so he'll likely be the hardest to put down.
As long as the trio can avoid taking direct blows from Hagen, they may be able to pull a win. Scarface's cloaking would make him difficult to hit, while his smart discs would prove as useful distractions for the team as a whole and, added with Scarface's full-capacity plasmacaster spam and his many mines, would give Chief and Killy some good windows of opportunity to deal some damage, given that they don't get swatted through the hull of the ship, lol.
It likely wouldn't be a tactic that lasts very long, knowing how even average Space Marines have superhuman senses (a cloak doesn't make one truly invisible, after all) but it would be at least one possible, temporary strategy.

Coming from a different angle, the bullet entered the Predator's body. This third bullet lodged deep inside, coming to rest only after it had cut through several vital organs. . . . "The demon isn't dead yet," said Sukhon. "The 'demon' will be dead if it doesn't get some expert medical attention. I put a bullet with an exploding tip right through its back. No exit wound." . . . Still, the Predator's condition did not yet warrant self-destruct. He had been hurt worse and emerged victorious. Once on a planet half a galaxy away, a venomous metal worm twice his size had shot up through the earth and pinned him through the chest armour. The Predator had chopped its head off, cut off its tail, and gone on to fight for another four hours with the rest of the worm inside his chest, before withdrawing to repair the damage. The wheeze as its breathing grew worse indicated deep-tissue damage, but nothing irreversible. Medical care on board its ship would allow it to recover.
Despite that particular Predator taking two sniper rifle bullets, and one explosive-round bullet to the back (which tore up several vital organs, as well as lodged itself in his back), the Yautja was still capable of hunting, even thinking to itself how it had suffered far worse (which it goes on to explain).
Scarface should at least be comparable in his damage soak capabilities, which is backed up by his surviving of a gunshot wound to the head, and several in the abdomen + a building collapsing ontop of him.

Daken Banchou, Dayum killy has some strong regen feats. However the Fist of Dorn should be able to put him down if he starts wailing on him. Killy will likely be the last alive.
Scarface has some impressive damage soak in fact he's comparable to space marines. since the GBE is restricted scarface might even be biggest threat of the whole team

Khorne, yeah, but Killy no like touchy. If Hagen were to start wailing on Killy, he would likely try to use his hand-laser-blade... thing, which is basically his secondary weapon, to do something painful to Hagen, like cut off the fingers on one of his hands (weakening the power of his swings, at least partially), or even try to cut off an entire limb or two. Killy don't fuck around. XD
And I personally think that all of them are pretty significant threats to Hagen, especially when using their advantages and gear in unison and as a team. Scarface brings the most versatile arsenal in this fight, given how many options he has for close range, mid range and long range combat + his passive stealth equipment, while Killy would be a very effective melee diversion with his regen and laser, and MC would provide good cover fire using his more heavy energy weapons, aka his Spartan Laser, Needler, hardlight weaponry, plasma/sticky grenades, etc.
It would be a tough fight for both sides, I imagine, but really it could go either way. Admittedly though, Scarface isn't surviving too many blows from that hammer, even with his damage soak capabilities, and Killy can't use the GBE without blowing a hole through the hull of the ship and causing almost everyone to get sucked through it, lol.

Daken Banchou, I doubt even killy would be able to escape if Hagen knocks him down and starts hammering him. He is fully covered in ceramite plating so its unlikely that he would sustain any damage at all. If it was just a normal gauntlet he might be able to but Hagen has a gauntlet guard which is basically a ceramite plate that covers the fingers, similar to a medieval Europe gauntlet. All melee space marines are equipped with gauntlets to avoid that situation.
Master-chief is kind of behind in terms of firepower. The only weapons that could be used to damage Hagen would be the Spartan laser,energy sword, or any of the forerunner guns. bullets aren't going to work since ceramite can shrug off direct hits from bolt shells which are .75 mm rocket propelled shells xD. Also i completely forgot that Hagen has an Iron Halo which projects a gravitational field that pretty much nullifies bullets and other kinetic based projectiles.
The best strategy for the team would be to engage Hagen from affar so that they can avoid getting obliterated by the Fist of Dorn.

Khorne , I wouldn't underestimate that laser-blade, man. Killy could use it to cut Silicone-lifeforms in half, and I'm pretty sure that's a lot more impressive than it sounds. XD
And that Iron Halo sounds pretty cheap effective, lol. However, unless I'm mistaken, that wouldn't stop Scarface's plasma glaive from poking several coin slots through Hagen's armor like he's a big tough piggy bank, or 2-3 sticky grenades from being stuck to his face and junk, lol.
Also, though I don't think that it matters what with the Iron Halo, Scarface's combistick has monomolecular blades/tips (thus bypassing conventional durability to an extent), are incredibly light as well as virtually indestructible, and even mere Blooded Yautja (in the EU, at least) are capable of throwing their combisticks with enough force to send grown men flying off their feet (10+ ft), before pinning them to a concrete wall, where the blade still has enough force to go to the handle/hilt. Scarface is a Veteran, sporting 16+ ton raw strength, easily.
And do you think I should keep the GBE restricted, or just say screw it and make the ship indestructible so that Killy can get trigger happy?

Killy is pretty damn durable, with decent regen to boot. Other then surviving high falls and being half-melted by a piece of a star, he can tank attacks like this when at his best.
