Welcome to Finding Dory review, and this is the sequel to Finding Nemo. Finding Dory is as the title suggests, Dory searching for her parents once she finally remembers them and getting into trouble.
I remember watching Finding Nemo and that felt complete and standalone. I guess this sequel here was to answer questions for fans of Dory and how she came to be such as her "just keep swimming song." I guess I'm too soft, but I didn't finding any flaws or any annoying things in this film aside from some mistakes regarding zoology such as a Beluga Whale living in the barrier reef. I enjoyed the movie. Like all Pixar films, there are a bunch of Easter eggs. I didn't find much on my own. The film is vibrant and you see how the change in technology greatly improved the sequel compared to the first film. While you don't see a lot of the cast returning from the first film, the new characters feel natural and are easily likeable.
Dory's character is a challenge since she has memory problems. The film sort makes a message about disability and living with it. Her struggles are believable and you want to root for her. Being in the spotlight, this is a first time we see Dory leading us and tackling her obstacles. Nemo and Marlon are pretty much static. Hank, a new character, also exhibits growth along with Destiny and Bailey. While some Pixar films benefit from music, Finding Dory doesn't feature songs, but it still worked out beautifully.
I didn't have much to analyze for the film. I definitely recommend the film to anyone. Children and adult of all ages will like this film if they have seen the first film.
Old Man Dream: Have bad news and good news regarding Pop Team Epic. Bad news, I didn't realize Tubi only had the first five episodes of the series on their site, so that's as far as I can go with it on there. Good news, Retro Crush thankfully has the full series up...

Old Man Dream: ...on their site, so I'll be watching the remainder of the series from there. Should be able to wrap it up by later this week, as I expect to be a little slower in my progression of it during the week.

Taka: That is bizarre for Tubi TV to only have 5 episodes.
