Pros and Cons - if you like a slow episode or hate a slow episode. They took their time in delivering revenge on the 3 humans. Though, one of the isekai human killed female isekai human to get her skills. This anime could have potential in story telling where people use isekai people as objects, disposable means to acquire power. The church guy killed the male isekai human who took the female isekai human skill. He took the body and states this is how he survived for so long.
I recognize the black haired devil from the OVA on Crunchyroll. So the OVA was ahead of the anime adaptation at one point. Rimuru's Merciless was a more efficent way to reap souls for the "Harvest Festival", the evolution to demon lord.
Razen survived the Megido attack. Though, the demon Rimuru summoned had his fun with Razen.
We witness the birth of Rimuru as the demon lord.
Unlike the attacks on the barrier points, Rimuru did not waste time. He wanted the king alive for a specific unconfirmed reason, probably atonement or punishment. The revenge feeling has probably satisfy some fans in this episode.
I thought they were going to change forms like last time. He says they look different too. That's a bit weird.
We had a pretty lengthy comedic segment on Rimuru and Benimaru's password where Rimuru has to say "Shion's cooking is shit" in front of Shion (Benimaru time it). Rimuru tries to get him involved.
We get the naming of the Takahiro Sakurai devil, Diablo. Rimuru forgot who he was.
We get a flashback of Milim defeating Carrion and then a new character, another demon lord, Frey is seen slitting Carrion's throat. Milim doesn't seem to be herself. Eurazania's people are seeking refuge in Rimuru's territory.
We get to see Veldora come back.
A lot happened in this episode. They crammed a lot.
Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
