Yvach came to a halt in the room of branching paths. Rice and strange animals and the moon. Some sort of choice? Apparently so. He glanced for only a few moments before his choice was made. The pale circle called to him. So rarely did he get to see it in the sky above with the constantly clouded skies. Its light was a blessing, letting the hunter remain more active. But what drew him was the mystery. Just what was it? Why did it shine so? Some nights, he felt it was the exact thing he was looking for. He took a step to the gate, turning to get his companion's opinion. "What is this? Which gate do you prefer?"
Jack had no clue what the images meant, but considering it was a temple, the symbols must be important to the Deity of worship. "Do you know about the significance of these symbols?" he asked Yvach as he hopes the man would have some understanding about whatever religion this temple belong too. "Do you know about this city's gods and goddesses?" He wanted to try to narrow down the best possible choice he could make here, yet considering the odds, he imagine that the man didn't have an interest to bother to learn about the old faith of the humanity. Still, it doesn't cost him much to ask for the chance of gaining new knowledge, especially on a subject matter that might be able to influence their progress in a positive direction.
Fleet AdmiralProphet_of_Plaguewaybig1010101 -The Gatekeeps's room- Sai breathed heavily. That last attack did a number on him and he wasn't sure he had another attack like that in him. Stone is a harder substance to manipulate then regular earth as though it was a rock and came from the ground it still wasn't earth. Yuuto figured now was the best time to act grabbed a spike and broke it off and held it like a club. "Guess It's my turn," he said then took off running at the guardian making sure to avoid the spikes. When he got right in front of his target he broke off a bit of stone dust from the side and threw it at the guardians wounds then aimed his makeshift club at his chin to attemp to knock him off balance. -Outside the shrine- Shinji Asakawa sat leaned up against a building with his sword in his lap cleaning it. Ryouga laid on the ground with wire wrapped around him that nullified his powers. With his powers nullified he lost what little strength he had left and had passed out. This gave Shinji time to stretch out his senses and watch what was going on throughout the city.
The guardian look surprised as Yuuto struck him with a spike. The strike didn't seem to phase the guardian and if the stone dust didn't irritate his wounds the Gatekeeper did not show it. He just looked at Yuuto with a shocked expression. "You who doesn't seem to have any powers as far as I can tell because I don't sense anything from you. Attacked me head on knowing you would most likely die, you don't seem like a fool." The Gatekeeper pondered. "Maybe you 4 are worthy to have survived this long and have not stepped on each other to get past me......" The Gatekeeper then sensed the new arrivals at the beginning of Shrine and thought maybe he should stall still they arrive to see if they were worthy.

Yvach shook his heads and smiled at Dalton over his shoulder. "I know no gods but mad ones." He looked up at the moon over his head and jumped to grab it. "And this one." He yanked in an attempt to break it free of the gate. If he succeeded, he would hand it to the injured blood gibbon to take away. He was no use in battle now. Whether he got the disk or not, he would advance cautiously into the moon's tunnel. The way lit by the moon. That was what he would follow.
Jack didn't see the purpose of trying to take the moon off the wall, but he makes no attempts to mention this to Yvach in any way. As the beast master attempts to rip the disk shape image out, Jack asks,"Who are these mad ones? Though he was asking Yvach, he also seem to be asking himself. Was there really such a thing as a Deity in this world? He had thought of such notations to be nonsense, or at least that is what he was taught as a child in the empire's military. Thus he never consider the possibility of the existence of actual gods and goddesses until now. Regardless, he decides to follow down the path of the moon and begins to make his way into the tunnel.
Fleet AdmiralProphet_of_Plaguewaybig1010101 Yuuto jumped back to a safe distance after his attack failed. He had completed his goal and now he just had to buy time till Sai recovered. He dropped the stone spike then addressed the Guardian, "well you plan to kill us whether we fight back or not and I chose to take the chance." Sai stumbled up over to Yuuto and placed his hand on his shoulder for balance. "Hey big guy take this," he said and attempted to move the dust Yuuto threw into the wounds through the blood stream and into the heart where he would destroy it from the inside. However due to the level of his stamina at the moment he wasn't a hundred percent sure he could manage the control needed to do this.
The symbol did not budge as it was carved into the material of the tori gate but the efforts to remove it actually made it barely recognizable now. The room ahead of the Yvach and Jack was circular with 8 foot stone fox headed brawny samurai golems with large katana with 5 foot long metal sharp metal blades, stood on stone pedestals like the statues they should be. They would wait until either Jack or Yvach crossed the center of the room or came within arms length of them before activating and moving at a mach 3 ambush them as the doors to the room slammed shut, they'd target the blood gibbons and fetchbats if they were in the room at the time. Or if the beasts never entered the room half of them would go after Jack and the other half would go after Yvach.
Meanwhile, the Gatekeeper coughed up a large amount of blood then his head cocked back a gray cloud escape his mouth. The stone dust had reached his heart but he was using his regenerative healing to rebuild his arm while using his energy to expel the stone dust. He coughed up some more blood and began laughing hysterically. "I see so that was a plan you hatched in that head of yours hahahha! Maybe I should split it open." He said as he began to charge. He face grew more canine like with large fangs and blue fur began to overtake his skin as his muscles swelled tearing and outgrowing all his armor and clothing except for his underwear which grew with him. He had grown a foot taller and his face resembled a foxes, but he now had claws on his hands still good enough to wield his spear and even longer claws on his feet. He unleashed a wave of pressure as he roared aloud shaking the halls of the entire shrine. "Now you face my true face!" He bellowed.
Rex and Raikou tensed up immediately at the transformation. Raikou began emitting an aura of lightning and maximize the amount of lightning he was infusing into his sword. Rex prepared to use fading dragon and quake in rapid succession.

"I don't know. I haven't found any." There was none of his crazed grin. Yvach grew less confident in the hallway. His beacon was gone at his own hands. The wounded ape waited outside and watched the entryway, the rest following. Yvach glanced around at the tall stone figures in the room, pausing to look more carefully. They all appeared identical, so he walked towards one, seeking to study it closer. He wondered if these statues were based off something that had once existed. Was this what the builders of this place looked like?
Jack walks out of the tunnel and into a rather large and ancient room. As soon as he takes a few steps past the entrance way, he stops immediately in his tracks. He begins to pay close attention to the number of gigantic statues in an eerie formation around the room. It is as if the fox face giants are waiting patiently for them to get deeper inside the room before they will commence their assault. Everything about this scenario just seem to screams: Its a Trap! The man turns to face his companion to comment about how clearly suspicious this room is, yet before he got his chance, he sees the curious man approaching one of the statues. Unfortunately for him, his wooden leg prevent him from intercepting Yvach with his body in time. Yet, thanks to his experience battle intuition, he instinctively enhances his body to superhuman levels, and just manages to react to the sudden all out blitz of the statues. As the statues charge towards his companion’s beasts and Yvach himself, Jack intervenes with the use of his wind manipulation and creates powerful air bursts to delay the attacks of the giants, while simultaneously also pushing the beasts and their master away from the Giants with strong air currents that head towards Jack’s direction. As this goes on, each of his hands forms a basketball size sphere made out of highly condense pressurize air, which he unleashes on the nearest stone giants. Each air pressure bomb flies through the air at supersonic speeds and contains enough energy to blast apart reinforced steel as easy as a child could rip a piece of paper.
Fleet AdmiralProphet_of_Plaguewaybig1010101 Yuuto helped Sai to the far corner of the room and set him down to rest. If the pressure did affect him he didn't show it except for a slight stumble. "I guess it's time to put our lives on the line for this," he said and got into a defensive stance and watched carefully for the slightest movement. "Use stabbing motions instead of slicing. Focusing the power into a single point maximizes the damage and power," Yuuto ordered to Rex and Raikou without taking his eyes off of the Guardian for a single second.

waybig1010101Prophet_of_Plague Even as the golems were blown back during their blitz against Yvach's blood gibbons the length of their blade should've allowed them to hit decent marks in their targets bodies to make them unfit for further battle like the ape left outside the closed doors of the room. Two of the golems fell victim to Jack's blasts before they caught on and scattered moving at mach 3. Though even then some of them lost their heads or an arm but kept moving based on the two downed golems it was clear that they would die from their torso being severed or blown apart. Then the golems tried a new tactic they neared the air currents and held their blades at a specific angle for Jack to easily shot and destroy them though some of the shards would be blown into the blood gibbons and only further accelerated by the air currents that herding the blood gibbons and Yvach towards Jack.
But eventually whether their tactic worked or not they all fell victim to Jack's air pressure bombs.
----------------------------------------------------------------- Rebeloutlaw Inside the gatekeeper's room the four of them seemed to hatch a new plan of attack. "I have an idea that goes along with that one." Kou said with a glint of electricity in his eye which gave off the sense it would be an odd one. Kou whispered to Rex and then Rex nodded. Kou jumped onto Rex's shoulders as Rex used Fading Dragon to to close half the distance between the them and the Gatekeeper then he jumped upward. Rex then grabbed Kou's ankles as they went up and then aimed Kou faced first as the Gatekeeper then he readjusted his hands to the bottom of Kou's feet as Kou held his sword together almost forming an arrow head. Then Rex used Quake to blasts Kou at the Gatekeeper like a projectile.
Kou flew through the air like a thunderbolt thrown by the clouds with the boost given by Rex. Kou found his mark in the Gatekeeper's upper back though probably missing the heart, the impact kicked up a large cloud of smoke. When it dispersed, Kou's blades were clearly deep inside the Gatekeeper's body and Kou was in a crouching position on its back. He was emitted his maximum output of electricity as the Gatekeeper groaned and shuddered he seemingly was disabled for the time being as long as Kou kept pumping his full of the voltage of lightning.

Yvach paused when he thought he saw the slightest bit of movement in the statue. He cocked his head and looked closer. His eyes widened and he fell back into a crab position, letting the drawn blade swing just overhead. A backflip took him to his feet and he lunged past the statue, landing on the wall. His blood gibbons bounded up with him, one bearing a cut on its face from not being as fast as the others.
He couldn't turn his head enough to see what was going on down on the floor. He just heard an explosion and saw his gibbons scrambling up the wall, but as he reached limbs to move himself, a point of agony erupted in his back. He made an inhuman roar or pain and fell backwards, dropping heavily to the floor, just making the pain worse. A gibbon dropped to his side and gave its hand to help him up. Blood was dripping down his chin when he turned to see the cause of his pain. A jagged point of a blade stuck from his cloaked back, splattered with blood.
As he launches another two powerful air pressure bombs towards a pair of close by stone warriors, Jack notices the wound that Yvach had receive. Trying to use my own currents against me….these things can be dangerously smart. As the other pieces begin to smash apart and enter his air current, Jack manipulates the air vectors within his air currents to redirect the shards right back at the golems with incredible speed and force whenever they try to interact with the air currents. He continues to adjust the air vectors to match and counterbalance their attempts, preventing them from taking further advantage of his wind currents. While he walks towards his companion’s position, he prepares another air pressure bomb and fires it at an approaching golem. Just what exactly are these things?

Prophet_of_Plaguewaybig1010101 After all the golems had fallen the door at the end of the room that lead deeper into the shrine has opened. Eventually beyond that hallway they'll enter a moonlit field with many skeleton scythe wielding farmers all more dangerous the golems of the previous room. Though before entering field they'd find another three way inter section but two ways lead left and right. Then left leading to a monster but smooth sailing from there to the Gatekeeper room and the right leading to a hallway full of traps but no monsters and leads all the way to the Gatekeeper room.
As the Gatekeeper still seemed disabled by Kou's lightning Rex used Quake and Fading Dragon to bombard him with slash projections from all sides. Eventually the Gatekeeper began to rise up to his feet and held his spear in both hands, he snapped his spear in two then a read light went from the spear and dyed his claws a glowing red. "Some help would be nice." Rex said seeing this.

Yvach took shallow breaths as he walked slowly down the hallway. He had to leave the shard in. It plugged the hole. Prevented more blood loss than was already happening. Even so, the pain was unbearable, with each step and breath causing another stab so that he felt like a nail was being driven through his chest. He wasn't too happy to stumble upon the skeletons in the field. He barked and his gibbons got to his front in a triangular formation, spitting at the scythes. Wood would rot, steel would corrode. Bone was unfortunately immune.
Yvach stepped around them and tried to draw some his direction. Even wounded, he should be faster than them.
Jack walks into the room well after Yvan and his beasts. He looks at the new opponents with a straight face, even though he had never face the undead before in combat. Regardless, he plans to defeat them and move forward. He motions his hands upwards and near the height of his chest. Without changing his expression, he begins to create a powerful ball of wind between his hands. The Sphere of air starts to move faster and faster until the very air in the room begins to vibrate. His eyes scan the locations of the enemies very slowly until he found the correct path to take. As he places his arms by his side, the sphere of wind shifts forward, while still spinning with an increasing acceleration for its rotation. Once his technique reaches the center, it explodes into hundreds of thumb size air blasts that head straight towards the skeletons. The deadliness of each single tiny air blasts was the result of their violent rotational force. Each air blast contain enough piercing potency to rip through the armor of a super-heavy tank. Against a normal human body, each air blast could essentially blow a regular person into little pieces. However, the shots are not fired randomly, each air bullet is being manipulate by air vector that Jack has taken control of. Allowing him to adjust each shot, to ensure the attacks avoid allies and increase the chances of hitting the targets.
Fleet AdmiralProphet_of_Plaguewaybig1010101 Yuuto stood straight up then closed his eyes for a second then opened them to stare straight ahead. This would be more of a hassle then he thought. He picked up two fallen stone spikes and broke them with his foot till he had two impromptu made daggers made out of the tips which he held in a reverse grip. "I have one more idea. Cut the tendons in his arms and legs then aim for exposed weak spots like the eyes and the soft part of his neck," he ordered and prepared to move.

waybig1010101Prophet_of_Plague As the farmer's bodies were obliterated the pieces of their bodies seemed to meld into the field. Suddenly black grass began to grow from the field, it would appear that the bodies of the farmers acted as fertilizer for the growing of devious autonomous plant traps. As the grass rose to they began to make tentacle like motions and then the door that lead further into the Shrine slammed as a collection of blue crystals began to glow. The grass flowed into these crystals and in a flash of light came the Blue crystal monster that can control enhanced seaweed. The monster took one step unleashed a barrage of mach 4 razor sharp and harder then steel seaweed blades at the Blood Gibbons, Jack, and Yvach.
------------------------------------------------- Rebeloutlaw Rex tried to follow Yuuto's plan to take down the Gatekeeper but the Gatekeeper backhanded Rex with enough force to make him crash against the wall and formed a giant crater in the wall. Rex then fell off the wall and on the ground moaning and likely stunned. The Gatekeeper then swept his claws at Sai unleashing red waves of razor sharp force at them.

Yvach backed up. The grass couldn't move and only had so much range. His gibbons hopped out of range and doused it in acid. Yvach kept backing away, letting Dalton stand in front of him. He was feeling no better than before. His eyes began to rove upwards, wondering what lit this room, when they were snapped back by a glow in the grass.
He glowered as the strange thing lurched through its grass. He saw what was coming when it raised its arm and began to dive to the side, but faster than he could move the blades came. Only one struck, scraping his cheek and ripping his hood away. Then he was behind Jack and if any more came he was safe. His gibbons cartwheeled away with ease, spreading too far apart to all be targeted at once. All three spat again, on for the monster's face, the others for its knees.
Yvach scanned the battlefield and now he knew what lay above. The moon looked down upon them. He crouched and extended his arms. With a burst of speed, he sprung to Jack's shoulder, then lunged from there to fly at the monster. He lashed out a strong kick at the top of the beast, knowing it would fall. Its body was too unbalanced not to topple. Whether it obeyed logic or not, he clung to it and thrust his talons for its face, seeking to burrow through and rip out its innards.
