After doing the Spring 2015 Anime Guide (with help from Dream and Mastermenos) and the Manga Hub Guide, I feel we might need a hub thread for all the reviews. A growing forum thread needs a hub thread.
This is the prototype format. I'm trying to think the most effective way to organize and link to all reviews published in this forum. In the old site, we have an automated index system due to the wiki system. For this forum, we don't have a wiki system or an index one. I think the one way right now is by Yearly Archives, but that has its cons, too.
Here's the Gdoc so you can view the reviews and search it by writer, franchise, etc.
Time for me to also start making reviews. Wanted to make some for a while now, but never got to it. Thinking of starting off with Chaos Dragon and doing some summer anime reviews.
Taka Same. I did that review and i have no idea wether i did a good job at reviewing it or if i wrote an entire mountain of crap. I tend to make things a bit long...
What shows are you reviewing? I was thinking of reviewing Charlotte. Dream has said he's done with reviewing the summer shows. I was thinking of shows I had a lot commitment to and enough material to review it.
Taka Well shows i've seen. Think i'll be focusing on relatively new shows and some a bit obscure short ones from 2000-2007. Well i was planning on doing some summer ones myself, though probably not the ones Dream plans. Planning on still doing Monster Musume, maybe Sky Wizards Academy (though it'd make something for Dream's ani-crap i think) and Overlord when it ends. After that will do some of the slightly darker older shows like Akame ga Kill, Hellsing Ultimate and Terra Formars.
So no Charlotte for me, haven't watched that one. Mainly watch action and somethimes Ecchi.

My bad, I was asking what summer shows are you going to review?
I'll leave Monster Musume and Overlord to you then. I realized with ProBoards, the review section is going to change. What do we do if we have 2 folks doing reviews of the same franchise? In the old site, we had an automated review section which allowed multiple reviews of the same show.
Planning to review Charlotte, GATE, and Food Wars.
Didn't notice you pinned it. Thanks. Because of the new site, we're not getting users from personality orientation and bloggers. With discussion threads being more emphasized than the old site, we are not going to see episode or chapter reviews, new reviews.
Updates
Added Dream's GTO, FLCL, Aura: Koga Maryuin Added Mastermenos's Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid, Wooser Added Takashichea's Garokawa film
I updated my review section and divided them between the non-event ones and the Special Event ones. I thought this was better than a hub thread for the XIV Days of Darkness because I thought it would be a waste of a thread when we have this one around.
Current Situation: I wanted another excuse to use Enterprise as an avatar again.
Taka: It's a gigantic mech franchise. I haven't seen Macross myself. I know it's a big one.

Old Man Dream: Guess we don't get it. Make things short and sweet: Through some unintentional legal wranglings, Harmony Gold's owned international rights to the Macross name for decades and its Japanese developers, disgusted by the move, had not allowed...

Old Man Dream: ...many later Macross anime outside Japan because that would profit Harmony Gold. Macross was one of three anime titles used by HG in the 1980s to edit together the popular Robotech series popular with fans during that time. Under this deal...

Old Man Dream: ...later titles in the Macross franchise can finally come stateside with all involved parties finally coming to a truce over how to handle things with the Macross trademark and all later anime in the franchise associated with it.

Taka: I see. A global release will benefit it. Gundam did pretty good. The only few franchises that are only popular in Japan but not popular in the west - Yokai Watch comes to mind.

Master Menos: F for Respects. DMX did all his work while suffering from a drug addiction, and I almost never knew until a point. I hope his next life treats him far better.
